Study On The Intrinsic Safety Evaluation Of Nanliang Coal Mine Based On The4M Theory

Mine is a complex and turbulent man-machine-environment-management system. To create an intrinsic safety mine is the development and sublimation of standardization of coal mines safety quality. With man, material, environment and management four elements, and the whole system as the study object, this study applies4M (man, machine, environment and management) system theory to carry out a systematic analysis and research on the NanLiang coal mine intrinsic safety assessment and continuous improvement.Based on analysis of cola mine human behavior, the cause of human errors and the mode of result-in accident were studied and human intrinsic safety assessment index system were established. With the analysis of NanLiang mine human unsafe behavior feature and influence factors, the detail approaches and method to realize human intrinsic safety were proposed. Combined with the fine management mode, the material intrinsic safety assessment index system were established and the methods and measures to improve mine equipment safety level were proposed. By qualitative and quantitative analyses on the mine work environment and geology, the environment intrinsic safety assessment index system were establish, based on the mine potential hazard identification, the guidelines to the system improvement and personal protection were provided and the corresponding methods and measures were proposed. With the safety management, culture and other elements, the mine intrinsic safety management and assessment index system were established. By integrating the man-material-environment-management system, the mine intrinsic safety management and assessment index system were establish and intrinsic safety assessment for NanLiang mine were completed, which finds out many deficiency and the improvement measures to strengthen enterprise safety continuous improvement were proposed.This study systematizes the new concept of intrinsic safety management, and applies it in the NanLiang mine, supplied theory basis and decision making for the mine’s safety management, which have a great effort to improve the mine safety productivity level...
