A Study On The Impact Of Strategic Alliance Relationship Capital On Knowledge Transfer Performance

Scientific and technological progress has gradually become the decisive factor in economic development,technological innovation and information base has become the main driving force of economic development.Especially into the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the first factor of production and a strategic resource,but also the main source of business access to competitive advantage.Knowledge resources are indispensable to every business,especially knowledge-intensive enterprises such as high-tech enterprises.High-tech enterprises are emerging business groups that developed in recent decades,with many different characteristics of traditional enterprises.The survival and development of enterprises need to rely on outside knowledge sources,and the establishment of the Alliance is a means of effective access to external knowledge.For high-tech enterprises belonging to knowledge-intensive enterprises,knowledge is the main source of access to and maintain a competitive advantage.Only by constantly gaining and absorbing knowledge from the outside can we improve the knowledge transfer performance of the enterprise.How to quickly obtain external knowledge resources to improve the knowledge transfer performance of enterprises is one of the hot issues.In this context,based on the theory of social capital,knowledge management and dynamic ability,depending on the existing research on the performance of knowledge transfer to high-tech enterprises as the object of study,this paper will analyze around the core issue,that is "alliance relational capital impact the knowledge transfer performance",and study deeply of the relationship between relational capital,absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer performance.Based on the existing literature,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the influence of alliance relational capital on knowledge transfer performance.In this model,the relationship capital is divided into three dimensions,namely,trust,commitment and link strength,and absorptive capacity is divided into two dimensions,namely,potential absorption capacity and realistic absorptive capacity.In this paper,the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze thesmall sample,and the 304 large sample data are analyzed empirically.The empirical analysis examines the relationship between the relational capital and knowledge transfer performance,and the mediating role of absorptive capacity and the regulation of environmental dynamics.The main conclusions are drawn from the following conclusions:First,relational capital has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer performance.There are three dimensions in the relational capital of alliance,namely,trust,commitment and link strength.After regression analysis,it is found that trust,commitment and link strength have significant positive effects on knowledge transfer performance.Second,absorptive capacity has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer performance.Among them,the potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity both have a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer performance.Third,relational capital has a significant positive impact on absorptive capacity.Trust,commitment and link strength have a significant positive impact on potential absorptive capacity,and have a significant positive impact on realistic absorptive capacity,too.Fourth,the absorptive capacity has a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between the relational capital and knowledge transfer performance.Potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity both play a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between trust and knowledge transfer performance,commitment and knowledge transfer performance,link strength and knowledge transfer performance.Fifth,the dynamic of the environment plays the positive role of regulation in the relationship between the relational capital and knowledge transfer performance.The dynamic of environment plays a regulation in the relationship between trust and knowledge transfer performance,commitment and knowledge transfer performance,but does not play the same role in the relationship between link strength and knowledge transfer performance.
