A Study On The Relationship Between Knowledge Absorptive Capacity And Firm Performance Mediated By Resource Patching

With the globalization trend of economic development,innovation is particularly important in the context of China's current implementation of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation".We can see that wave after wave of enterprises are springing up,leading the wave after wave of entrepreneurship.However,it is very difficult for new enterprises to survive in the fierce competition because of the limitations of resources and other aspects.Start-ups must focus on innovation if they want to stand in a cruel environment,which has also attracted the general attention of scholars.As we all know,knowledge is an essential element of enterprise innovation,and the ability of knowledge absorption is the main source of enterprise innovation.Knowledge absorption can bring the most cutting-edge information resources for enterprises,which can effectively improve the innovation behavior of enterprises and bring competitive advantages to enterprises.Although some progress has been made in the study of knowledge absorptive capacity on firm performance,it is still very messy.This paper attempts to explore the mechanism of knowledge absorptive capacity on enterprise performance from the perspective of "resource endogenous".The knowledge absorption ability of an enterprise reflects the acquisition and application of external knowledge,thus forming its own resources.Therefore,this paper is based on absorptive capacity theory,resource-based theory and patchwork theory.This paper systematically analyzes the relationship among knowledge absorptive capacity,resource patching and innovation performance.This paper takes "knowledge absorption capacity resource patching enterprise innovation performance" as the main research line to explore the impact of knowledge absorption capacity on enterprise innovation performance,and analyzes the role of resource patching in the relationship between knowledge absorption capacity and enterprise innovation performance.Based on the literature review of knowledge absorption capacity,resource patching and enterprise performance,this paper analyzes 341 questionnaires and shows that: there is a significant positive correlation between enterprise potential absorption capacity and real absorption capacity on enterprise innovation performance;there is a significant positive correlation between enterprise potential absorption capacity and real absorption capacity on resource patching;resource patching in Enterprise The potential absorptive capacity and the actual absorptive capacity play a part of intermediary role in the impact of innovation performance.Finally,this paper puts forward the relevant enlightenment and deficiency according to the conclusion.
