With the rising of knowledge-based economy all over the world, the knowledge management gradually becomes the focus of the enterprise management. As an important part of knowledge management process, knowledge transfer is also an essential foundation for many organizations to construct the competitive advantage. Because team is a basic unit of organization, it is no doubt that knowledge management of team is very important, and knowledge transfer and creation is the main source of organization competition.Our study firstly reviews abundant literature and summarize the concept of team knowledge, knowledge transfer and factors of knowledge transfer of team. Then we choose the core journals of home and abroad and classify the article to analyze the frequency of factors. From the statistic result we find the difference of the focus on factors of knowledge transfer between scholars of home and abroad. Next, we classify the factors of knowledge transfer into two: hygienic factors and promoting factors. And then we analyze the factor generally. We choose absorptive capacity, disseminative capacity and knowledge gap as object for the study angle of human resource. After that we apply the network model including team communication and knowledge forgetting to simulate the knowledge transfer. Then we evaluate the result of simulation with knowledge growth rate, equity knowledge distribution and spatial distribution of knowledge. In the end, we analyze and discuss a management consulting company's measure concerning staffs, tools and organization environment to improve the effect of knowledge transfer. This part applies the theory of this study into practice to analyze the factors of knowledge transfer further.
