Along with the constant development of China's economy,the degree of modernization of the electric power system which is the basic industry of the national economy is increasing continually,and the standardization of the electric power industry has also made great progress.However,the research at home and abroad on the quantitative evaluation of standardization system is still at the exploratory research stage.In addition,domestic studies on standardization,especially the ones on the quantitative evaluation of the standardization benefits of the power industry still remain in the micro level,and studies on the overall impact of the standardization system are relatively limited.In particular,there are few researches focusing on a series of questions,such as the depth,width and mode of action of the impact,which requires further study.In order to further accelerate the technology standardization development of the electric power industry and fully exploit the important role of the technical standard of the electric power industry,it is an urgent need to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the development effectiveness of the existing standardization work in the electric power industry.A systematic study on the influence of the standardization work in the electric power industry on the national economy and the development of the electric power industry was conducted in this paper,so as to promote the reasonable and orderly development of China' s standardization cause of the electric power industry.The theory of integrated standardization and comprehensive evaluation method were adopted in this paper to conduct detailing decomposition and a weighting research on the standard system of the electric power industry,and analyze the characteristics of the standardization in this industry.Moreover,based on the effect characteristics of the standardization in the electric power industry,econometrics,statistics,regression analysis and other relevant theories and research methods were used to conduct a detailed mechanism analysis on the process of modeling and conduct a research on concrete modeling and empirical calculations.A systematic analysis on the evolutionary course of the standardization management of the electric power industry and the development of electric power standard system forms in different historical periods was carried out in this paper.In addition,in particular the characteristics and the specific standard information of the 2005 Edition and the 2012 Edition of the electric power standard system forms were compared deeply,and a comprehensive analysis on the progress of the standard system establishment of China' s electric power industry was conducted.Through detailed cross-contrast comparison of the water conservancy and hydropower standards in China,suggestions were put forward to boost the standardization of the electric power industry according to current situation of China's electric power system standard.Finally,according to power industry 1995,2005 and 2012 standard system tables,this paper uses econometrics,statistics and regression analysis and relevant theories and researchmethods to make concrete model research and empirical modeling calculation on evaluation model,conducts research on the interactive relationship of different variables such as comprehensive index,generating capacity,installed capacity,social electricity consumption and GDP annual data,etc.,at the same time testes the stability of different indexes,coming to a conclusion that there is a long-term stable and balanced development relationship with China' s power industry standardization work and domestic GDP,power generation capacity and installed capacity.The cointegration test shows that when the composite index rises by 1%,China' s long-term balanced power generation capacity falls by 2.804%,GDP will rise by 0.0493%,social electricity consumption will fall by 2.838%and installed capacity will rise by 2.135%.Based on the study of error correction model,it is concluded that when the power standardization composite index deviates from the equilibrium state in the short term,the error correction term can converge it to the long-term equilibrium state.Through the Granger causality test,we can see that there is two-way short-term Granger causal relationship between the comprehensive index and power generation capacity,installed capacity,social electricity consumption and GDP.The comprehensive index and power electricity generation,social electricity consumption and GDP have a two-way long-term Granger causality,while the composite index and installed capacity exists an one-way long-term Granger causality.Meanwhile,this paper also carries out impulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis,and draws a conclusion that the composite index and other four parameters influence dominance direction and contribution degree.
