Research On Overseas Investment Environmental Assessment Of Anhui Mining Companies

Mineral resources are material security of a country’s progress and economic development and are also the one of the important integral part of human production and life. With the increasing human demand for mineral resources, mineral resources have become one of the decisive factors to measure a country’s prosperity. Non-renewable mineral resources and the uneven distribution of characteristics, resulting in the contradiction between supply and demand, exacerbated by a number of countries, especially the developed countries in the world for mineral resources in the fierce competition.The economy of Anhui has maintained rapid development in recent years and has successfully achieved great changes from a major agricultural province to province of processing and manufacturing. As the industry increasingly dominates, it leads to the rapid growth in demand of mineral resources of economic development.Supply of resources can not keep up economic development in Anhui demand for resources. Anhui resource crisis is imminent and we need go out for overseas mineral resources to meet the sustainable development of the economy. Effective analysis of the foreign investment environment is the key to understanding a country’s investment environment. It is also the prerequisite for the success of the enterprises in overseas investment process, and therefore, it has very important theoretical significance.There are two innovation points in this thesis. First, domestic scholars have made some research on overseas investment environment; however, the analysis for mining companies" overseas investment environment especially for a specific province mining companies is even rare, which lacking of systematic and integrity. Via the Reference to the research results at home and abroad and combined with the actual mining development in Anhui Province, this article is aimed to explore suitable overseas investment environment for mining enterprises in Anhui Province, which has a certain significance of theoretical and practical innovative; Second, Based on the comprehensive study of previous mining investment environment index system based on for Anhui specific actual, the establishment of new mining enterprises overseas investment environment evaluation index system, a comprehensive evaluation of the specific circumstances of Anhui mining overseas investment environment, Anhui mining companies out to provide a reference standard.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background, supported project, purpose significance, research methods and innovation points, etc.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review, introducing the correlation theory of mining investment environment. On the basis of previous studies at home and abroad, so as to confirm the insufficient of found results and lay a foundation for the research of this paper.The third chapter is a status analysis of overseas investment environment for Anhui mining companies. Combining with present development situation of mining enterprises overseas investment, to put forward the main problems which the overseas investment environments are facing and emphasize the importance of the investment environment, thus to pave ways for further environmental analysis.The forth chapter is about setting up mining companies overseas investment environment evaluation system and theoretical model. Which synthesizes and re-collates the study of previous scholars’mining companies’ overseas investment environment evaluation, combined with the specific reality of Anhui, to establish a new mining enterprises overseas investment environment evaluation index system.The fifth chapter is the empirical research of mining enterprises in Anhui evaluation of investment environment of the sample countries. Select20sample countries, experts of various indicators of risk value and the right to re-scoring, statistical analysis, and ultimately the environmental merits sort of investment in mineral resources in20countries, and the results of the evaluation are discussed.The sixth chapter puts forward specific proposals. Five specific recommendations based on the relevant conclusions of the environmental assessment of mining investment.
