The main line of this paper is overseas mining investment management risk assessment research.This paper use of qualitative and quantitative analysis,micro and macro integration,theoretical and empirical methods for in-depth study of overseas mining investment management risk.The main contents and verdicts are as follows:First of all,the paper summarizes the theory of overseas investment and reviews the research progress of management risk,overseas investment management risk and overseas mining investment management risk.Secondly,the paper probes into the requirement of overseas investment of Chinese mining industry and introduces the basic status quo of overseas investment of mining industry in China.At the same time,the risk of overseas mining investment management is identified and analyzed from the external and internal aspects of company,building two sets of evaluation index system from the external and internal of enterprise.In addition,the rate and score of each index was confirmed based on index system.The evaluation index system of enterprise external business risks include political and legal risk,social risk,market risk and risk of natural resources four level indicators,political stability,government corruption,mineral resources reserves,ore grade twelve level two indexes;the evaluation index system of enterprise internal management risks include financial risk,technology risk,human resources the risk of three level index,debt risk,mining equipment suitability,labor quality and nine two level indexes.At the same time,the risk grade of each index in the index system is divided.Thirdly,in terms of the index weight calculation,the genetic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method are organically combined to calculate combined index weight,using the objective index weight which is calculated by the entropy method to revise the subjective index weight which is calculated by the genetic hierarchy theory to overcome the weakness of the single subjective or objective weighting methods.This paper combines the Matter-element theory and the cloud theory,using Matlab to calculate the membership degree of each index to each risk level.Then it constructs the cloud and Matter-element model to evaluate the management risk of overseas mining investment.Fourthly,the paper uses the established model to evaluate the joint project of minerals resources co.,LTD.(MMG)in Australia.The evaluation results show that the enterprise external operational risk level is low,the political legal risk and natural risk level are low,the social cultural risk and the market risk level are lower.The internal operational risk level is lower,the technical risk level is low,the financial risk level is higher and the human resource risk level is high.The results indicate that: the evaluation results relatively consistent with the practice,the combination of the GA-AHP-EV model and the cloud and Matter-element model is an effective method to assess the management risk of overseas mining investment.Therefore,the evaluation index system constructed in this paper has some theoretical and practical application values,and can provide corresponding theoretical support and decision reference for the management risk evaluation of our country's overseas mining investment.
