Study Of Financial Support In The Process Of China's New Urbanization

As the inevitable trend of social development,urbanization is associated with human development index.Scale eeffect produced by urbanization makes the urbanization become the important driv ing force of the development of the economy,and the purpose of propelling urbanization is to promote economic development.New type of urbanization requization requires a lot of money,especially the credit funds,and paying more mtemtion to urbanization quality means more demand for credit funds.From the experience of world urbanization as well as eastern China,financial support is indispensible to the urbanization.However,urbanization in the western area of China is still cery slow as for the insufficient of financial capital.Based on this,urbanization needs the adjustment of financial support mode and direction.At present,the financial support for ubanization is many-sided.Firstly,it support the industrial economic development through capital market and monetary market,which collect temporarily idle funds and transfer to transfer to the related industrial enterprise of real economy.Secondly,to better serve the urbanization development,many financial reform and development has been made and also more reform is needed.With the improvement of China's urbanization,the level of financial development in China has been improved.The more number of financial institutions and the larger scale of its size,the financial structure and financial service level would be more optimized,and the promoting on the financial and economic and economic development would be more obvious.This paper analyzes the role of financial sector and the problem of financial support on urbanization,especially for those policy banks and large business banks.Also to better service the urbanization and industrial development,this paper discusses how the banking financial institutions to transform and reform under the background of arket-oriented interest rate.In addition,we draw lessons from foreign experience on financial support for the development of urbanization,and puts forward sonic suggestions on financial support to the urbanization.This paper concluded as follows:under the current China's existing financial system,financial support to the urbanization can commence from the financial structure and financial efficiency to improve the financial ecology.Although the way of financial support for the urbanization is multiple,the most fundamental method is bank credit,as for the land finance and local finance platform support is limited.In the future,more ways would be available,and we can draw lessons from foreign experience and more rely on market-oriented financing way,such as obtaining funds from the capital market and the insurance market.Of course,no matter what way we use,it can't do without the government's macroeconomic regulation.The possible innovation points are as follows:firstly,adopting empirical research method From the financial point of view,we puts forward in consideration of economic monetization and financial ratios and financial development index;and from the banking industry of view,empirical support for urban bank credit and positive effect,and different effect of short and long term credit bank in different economic regions to promoting the Urbanization and we put forward suggestions that we can take consideration from the perspective of financial structure and financial efficiency as well as financial scale.Secondly,in consideration of financial support for the urbanization,we should think about the financial role in promoting the urbanization at the same time,and thus promote financial sector reform and transformation especially the banking sector reform and transition to service the urbanization.
