This article focused on the reform of state-owned enterprises under the background of state-owned enterprise workers and the changes of the relationship between enterprises and its problems.In the general sense,the relationship between workers and enterprises is the product of the industrial society,related research constitutes an important issue of modernity.China has been underwent the unit society and then into the transitional period.State-owned enterprises are the important subject in society,the organizational form of the state-owned enterprise and the relationship between its internal workers and itself has the unique properties and change courses.The digestion of the unit system,the great changes that made by the reform of state-owned enterprises had taken place on the relationship between the state-owned enterprises workers and business on the whole,the relationship between workers and the enterprise transition from identity to contract,highlight the relation of labor and weaken the other relations,even appeared the tendency of the performance and authoritarian ism.This change had improved the economic performance in state-owned enterprises,but also brings a series of problems,such as the identity and participation that workers to enterprise is low,the serious rights conflict,thus affecting the deepening of the reform in state-owned enterprises and the workers production living problems,etc.However,the large institutional inertia and the identity of the system for a long time,made the relationship between workers and enterprises have changes,also have the persistent of existence;different states' enterprises,in the different environment,the reforming process is also different,present a complex relationship between some workers and enterprises.For instance,Lee Chingkwan put forward to study the type of the "disorganized despotism",that based on the study of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in Guang Zhou,but Liu Ping and other scholars put forward a hierarchy structure and the "rights alliance" of "a new unit" that based on the study of the limit intervention of large state-owned enterprises.The differences of research shows the complexity of changes between the workers in the reform of state-owned enterprises and the state-owned enterprises.This paper choose a large industrial enterprise in northeast China as a case study,with digestion unit of society,the reform of state-owned enterprises as the background,regard the between state-owned enterprises internal workers and the state-owned enterprises as a kind of structure and system relationship,that under the influence of interaction,to study the characters and changes of the relationship between state-owned enterprises internal workers and the state-owned enterprises,that revealed the impact that pruduced during the process of the changes and the derivative problems.The relationship between workers and enterprises generated in the state-owned enterprises,and affects the construction and operation of the state-owned enterprises.Fundamentally speaking,the formation and dissolution of "unit of community" in state-owned enterprises,is the background and also of the consequence of changes in the relationship between workers and enterprises.Firstly,changes in the relationship between the large industrial enterprises' internal workers and enterprises has a unique trend.In general,under the unit system,state-owned enterprises can be considered as a unique community of "unit",is the mobilization-control-participate relationship that between internal workers of state-owned enterprises and enterprises in all aspects of political,economic and social life.In the reform process of the state-owned enterprises,great changes have taken place in the relationship between workers and enterprises as a whole,unit community tends to dissolve,the differentiation in internal working-class,enterprise reform enhanced the control of personal career,weaken the individual participation to the organization,lead to the imbalance of internal power distribution.However,some relaionships between large industrial workers of the state-owned enterprises and business had made the continuation of the professional stability and welfare supply in a certain extent,lasted the take care that the state-owned enterprises to the workers and the workers' dependence on enterprises,formed the unique operation of state-owned enterprises.Secondly,changes in the relationship that between large industrial workers in state-owned enterprises and the business,derived the deep problem basically has two: failed to build a “new community” of community to replace the unit;the change from state-owned enterprises to modern enterprises has many difficulties.Internal relations in state-owned enterprises reform process tent to alienation and centripetal force is insufficient,the digestion of the "unit of community" and the "new community" has not yet formed.The relationship between some workers in state-owned enterprises and enterprises maintain the personal welfare and corporate stability to a certain extent,also lead to the resistance to change the reform of state-owned enterprises became great,imperfect organizational governance,organization operation inefficiency.Thirdly,the changes of the relationship between a large industrial workers in state-owned enterprises and enterprise is the choice that enterprise choose in the national framework and the adaption of market,has the dual logic of historical continuance and their own evolution.To build new power relationships,perfect the corporate governance structure,has the great significance to the construction of "new community",and the reform of state-owned enterprises.
