Non-state-owned economy is the best active and competitive economy factor in economy structure of our country. It strongly supports rapid healthy and Sustainable development of national economy. With the development of non-state-owned economy, the labor relation problems of Non-state-owned enterprises are growing gradually. With the change from planned economy to market economy, market-based labor relation of Non-state-owned enterprises has been formed. But it is not standard. It is formed lack of perfect legal environment and operational mechanisms. So labor-management conflicts and strifes are unavoidable. They have been the important factors of affecting economy development and social stabilization. How to Coordinate the labor relation of Non-state-owned enterprises, protect legal Rights and Interests of labourers, protect Sustainable development of national enterprises, promote social harmonious and stabilization have been the important subjects for us.This paper is guided by basic principles of Marxism labor-management theories, quoted by westen labor-management theories and worthy practice, based on the situation of non-state-owned enterprises labor relation.Based on the present research of domestic and abroad, the paper collates the main proplems and reasons of non-state-owned enterprises labor relation. Meanwhile, I come up with policies and advice for solving and improving labor relation.Charter one is mainly summarizations about harmonious labor relation of non-state-owned enterprises. It belongs to define the concept of non-state-owned enterprises、labor relation、harmonious labor relation of non-state-owned enterprises, and point to the Specific meaning in this paper.Charter two is mainly the ideas of Marxism classic writers about labor-management relation. It summaries the ideas of Marxism labor-management relation、Mao Zedong labor-management relation and abundant labor-management relation ideas of Theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it evaluates these ideas Corresponding.Charter three is mainly the theories and practice about labor relation of abroad. It summaries the labor-management relation theories abroad, and introduce labor-management relation practice of representative countries. It is meaningful to construct harmonious labor relation of our country.Charter four is mainly the problems that exist in labor-management relation of non-state-owned enterprises. It is a long-term process of the development of non-state-owned enterprises, the contradictions show in many ways. This charter makes research from body composition, and deeply taps into the main problems about labourers、employers、government and labor union. It belongs to reveal the problems and contradictions.Charter five is mainly the Analysis about the reasons of existing problems and contradictions. It belongs to analyze the problems and contradictions.Charter six is mainly the policies and advice about construction of harmonious labor relation of non-state-owned enterprises. According to the contradictions and reasons, this charter proposes available policies and advice about constructing harmonious labor relation of non-state-owned enterprises.
