Research On Thailand And China Industrial Cooperation Under The Background Of The Upgrading Of CAFTA

In this research,aims to study on the background of upgrading CAFTA,by analyzing the potential and empirical of Thailand and China industrial cooperation,optimization of Thailand and China industry cooperation and industrial structure adjustment mechanism analysis and empirical analysis by using the CD function model,through the empirical analysis.This is to understand the impact of upgrading C AFT A to Thailand and China industrial cooperation and industrial upgrading.This research is divided into six chapters;in chapter 1:it includes research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and framework,research methods and main innovation points and heavy perspective,difficulties and shortcomings,and a brief introduction of the research progress of upgrading CAFTA.In chapter 2,it summarizes the concept of upgrading CAFTA,and the industrial cooperation concept between Thailand and China,including;industrial structure,industrial international competitiveness,industrial complementarity concept.It also includes the theories that used for this research,which are including the theory of regional industry cooperation,big market theory,value chain theory,a new economic growth theory,and the theory of industry cluster of competitive analysis.In chapter 3,it describes a general situation of Thailand and China macroeconomic development and industrial cooperation.It also includes:(1)the analysis that presents the situation of China and Thailand economic development and the industrial cooperation,(2)the characteristics of the Thailand and China on the primary industry cooperation,and on the second industry cooperation,(3)the characteristics of energy resource cooperation,(4)the marine cooperation has made significant achievements,(5)contracted projects total growth(high-speed diplomatic)and(6)the service sector cooperation in the characteristics of transportation and financial.It also includes the analysis of China and Thailand cooperation that carry out the favorable conditions and existing problems of industrial cooperation.The examples of existing problems of industrial cooperation are,(1)the trade imbalance between the two countries is very serious,(2)complementary advantages of the two countries industry needs to improve,(3)scale of investment and cooperation between the two countries need to improve,and(4)the differences of bilateral trade and economic cooperation system.In chapter 4 and chapter 5,analyze the research questions and solutions.In chapter 4,includes:(1)the potential and empirical analysis of Thailand and China industrial cooperation,(2)the data collection and analysis,(3)Thailand and China industrial cooperation and optimization of industrial structure adjustment mechanism and empirical analysis,(4)Thailand and China trade the empirical analysis of the impact of industrial structure,and(5)Thai industrial structure based on the VAR model empirical analysis with Thailand and China's trade structure.It also includes:(1)the use of complementary measure analysis method,(2)the analysis of Thailand and China trade complementarity index,(3)the analysis of Thailand and China's industrial international competitiveness comparative advantage,(4)the analysis of Thailand and China 's relative export advantage comparison,(5)the analysis of export growth advantage index,(6)the analysis of competitive advantage of Thailand and China's industrial international competitiveness,and(7)the analysis of average of international market share and competitive advantage to trade index.This is to show that Thailand and China industrial cooperation is interactivity to the Thailand's industrial development and Thailand and China's economic development.In chapter 5,it discusses on Thailand and China industrial cooperation under the background of the upgrading of CAFTA.First,it discusses about the positioning of Thailand and China industrial cooperation under the background of the upgrading of CAFTA.Second,it discusses about Thailand and China industrial cooperation way and Thailand and China industrial cooperation forms innovation mode analysis.Third,it discusses on connectivity to upgrade construction implementation.Fourth,it discusses about the ascend in related key areas for demonstration,which can be test from local cooperation between two countries,promote formation of Thailand and China industry integration and industrial upgrading,and promote the role of government and enterprise in Thailand and China industrial cooperation and concrete measures and suggestions.In chapter 6,it concludes the analysis and the findings of this research.It also gives the recommendations for future research.
