Although computers and communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry are shortage of Henan, the government has already actively supporting these fields which are the center of Taiwan industry. The cooperation is promising.After sifting key industries, the text continually proposes paths and countermeasures.Sub-regional cooperation and zone industrialization are two important docking paths which are the subject of cooperation of local government, through economic cooperation, inter-regional factors of production can be efficiently configured, which can promote the production efficiency.
