Research On Dimension And Internal Driving Factors Of Emergency Dynamic Capability Of Production Enterprises

Emergency management of production safety accidents is the focus in recent years.Enterprise emergency management ability is the comprehensive embodiment of the enterprise emergency management,and also plays a key role in the safety accident rescue activities.Discussing connotation and structure of enterprise emergency management capability,and mining the front driving factors can be theoretical research on the enterprise emergency management extends forward,and have important significance to explore the promotion paths of enterprise emergency management ability.In this paper,based on the basic theory of emergency management,enterprise ability,organizational learning and knowledge management,the concept of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises is put forward from the progressive expansion of the literature review of enterprise emergency management,enterprise dynamic capabilities,organizational forgetting and knowledge absorption ability.Further research on its concept,driving factors and dimensional structure provides a theoretical basis for exploring the paths of building and improving the emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises.Based on the above,identifying the internal driving factors of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,constructing the dimension structure of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,analyzing the relationship between driving factors and dimension structure and contingency relationship under the regulation effect,and finally revealing the upgrade paths of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,as the main contents of this paper.The full text is divided into eight chapters,and the specific contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study,research questions,as well as the main research contents,methods and technical route.The second chapter summarizes the related research theories,including enterprise emergency management,enterprise dynamic capabilities,organizational forgetting theory and knowledge absorptive capacity,and gives a comprehensive review of the above contents.In the third chapter,the author defines emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,identifies internal driving factors and constructs a conceptual model.First of all,this paper analyzes related concepts of the research object,and expounds the concept and characteristics of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises.Secondly,based on literature analysis,the research on the internal driving factors of enterprise dynamic capability and emergency management capability of the published academic papers are summarized,and then relationship between these factors and degree of centrality,cause analysis are giving by using the interaction between CFCS and FuzzyDEMATEL theories and methods,also distinguishing between result indicators and causal indicators and combining expert advice,finally two driving factors are identified: organizational intentional forgetting and knowledge absorptive capacity.Then,dimensions of organizational intentional forgetting and knowledge absorptive capacity and their direct effects on emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises are discussed,on the basis of this,a conceptual model between organizational intentional forgetting and emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises is established in which knowledge absorptive capacity as mediating variable.The fourth chapter is to construct the dimension structure model of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises.First,preliminary construction of dimension structure model of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises is established by analyzing and integrating trend analysis of dimension.Then,four dimensions division schemes of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises are summarized for members of decision group based on the existing research results of experts and scholars.By inviting expert group on evaluation scoring dimension structure division representative,and using expert evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics and hesitation optimal decision,results of expert group are consistent with preliminary construction of dimension structure model.Ultimately dimension structure model of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises is including: hazard investigation and risk management,plan preparation and training exercises,warning response and dynamic execution and information communication and resource integration of these four kinds of process.Based on internal driving factors and determination structure model of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,the fifth chapter,from the theoretical level,analyzes the interaction between organizational intentional forgetting,knowledge absorptive capacity and emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,and summarizes all research hypotheses in this paper for further verification and discussion.In order to validate conceptual model,dimension structure model and all research hypotheses,the sixth chapter collects data by means of questionnaire investigation in which making production enterprises as research object,mainly from measurement tool development,key variables measurement,pre survey and questionnaire revision,data collection and processing,model analysis,path coefficient test and other aspects.First of all,development process of questionnaire and data collection and quality inspection basis is given,and then formation process of key variable measure scale is described in detail.Through the pre survey and questionnaire revised,dimension structure model of emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises is verified based on 516 valid sample data.Only the H1 b is not passed,and the rest of the research hypothesis is passed by checking research hypotheses.The seventh chapter is based on the above model,to explore how enterprise scale and enterprise strategy oriented effect organizational intentional forgetting and emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises.Through the empirical test,this paper attempts to clarify the boundary conditions of organizational intentional forgetting effects on emergency dynamic capability of production enterprises,and to provide reliable theoretical support for the practice management of enterprises in different situations.At the end of this paper,conclusions and innovations of this paper are summarized,and limitations and future research directions of this study are put forward.
