Study On Investment Risk Management Of The Coal Enterprises' Internationalization In China

This paper makes full use of the theory of strategic management,enterprise internationalization,international trade,risk management,entropy theory and the system theory to study the investment risk identification,assessment and prevention of domestic coal enterprise internationalization.Building the risk management theory framework of the development stage?path and risk management theory of internationalization,this paper summarizes and analyzes the risk factors during the development of domestic coal enterprises,proposed the investment risk index system of coal enterprise internationalization.To introduce the entropy theory into the investment risk management of coal enterprise,this paper proposes the investment risk entropy of internationalization,and establishes the entropy evaluation model of the investment risk in domestic coal enterprise internationalization to complete the example analysis.To complete the quantitative analysis of total risk and the risk factors in the coal enterprise international investment and the impact analysis of the investment risk factors in the internationalization of domestic coal enterprise.Taking into account the different investment risks in different countries,this paper establishes the model of the investment project evaluation based on the risk-adjusted in the coal enterprise internationalization,and determines to complete the evaluation analysis of the investment projects.Based on the assessment results of the international investment risk of domestic coal enterprise,this paper gives the prevention principle and measures of the international investment risk in the domestic coal enterprises.
