Research On Risk Evalution Of Coal Enterprises' Diversified Management

Enterprise' diversification strategy is a double-edged sword, the enterprise is impacted by internal environment and external environment. If policymakers pay little attention to the risk of enterprise diversification, the enterprise maybe face big risk in the future. Taking the coal enterprise as the research object, this paper will do some evaluation research on the diversification strategy of coal enterprises on the basis of theoretical analysis. At present scholars do a lot of research on the enterprise diversification, but the research of the risk assessment of coal enterprises' diversification strategy is still lack of relatively perfect evaluation system.First, based on the research situation at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept of coal enterprises' diversification management and the risk of coal enterprises' diversification management. According to the characteristics of coal enterprises' diversification this paper maily analyses the risk elements of coal enterprises' diversified management and formation mechanism.Then, based on the related summary, questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, this paper establishes coal enterprises' diversified management risk evaluation index system from internal environment and external environment. And through the reliability and validity analysis method, the evaluation index system's reliability and validity is verified well.Finally, based on the established coal enterprises' diversification risk evaluation index system, by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs coal enterprises'diversified management risk evaluation model, which can give quantitative analysis of the risk level interval. Through case analysis method, this article inspects the validity of the model, and puts forward some corresponding preventive suggestions for the risk,which also provides positive reference for other coal enterprises.
