Sub-health is a concept for describing the mental and physical exhaustion along the development of modern knowledge economy society and the main working manner of brainwork. The special surveys showing that in modern society sub-health already become the main living state for most of people. Some research described and sum up the employees’ symptom of sub-health,and found out that the common expressions for mental fatigue and psychological pressure are mainly presenting hypomnesis, inattention and anxieties.For modem enterprise management, especially in human resourse management of the modern enterprise, the problem of sub-health of employee has become a problem an un-avoied and un-ignored problem. Prerequisite for management of employee are evaluation,and mesuring of sub-health. At present, the subjective self-rating scale with simple operation and low cost is used for surveying the sub-health of the staff. However, the measuring method has defects; it cannot meet the requirements of moden staff with people first, humanization and differentiation on the credibility and efficiency.Some research indicated that the purpose and the motives of testee (employee)interfering with the survey results of self-rating scale. Since the existence of this interference, how to mesuring and monitoring the interference during the surving with self-rating scale? People are looking for objective indicators which can present the basic characteristics of the sub-health.It is due to the defect of self-rating scale, based on the consideration of the credibility and efficiency of the sub-health measuring without objective, this paper is to explore the issue of objective and quantitative management of sub-health for enterprise employee under the theory of scientific management of Mr.Frederick w.Taylor. The content of the research is as following:I. Based on the document research, confirming the brain/cognitive ability (attention)and mentality (anxiety) as the main discussion scope.Firstly, the sub-health state is the concept related to mind and body; it is the state of non-organic change and changed physiological and mental functions; the representation is very complex; it has many factors and relates to many problems. Secondly, the staff in the modern society mainly takes part in brain labor; they are the main objects of modern management; thirdly, the hypomnesis, inattention and anxieties are the common expressions. From the complex expressions of the sub health in the literature, the non-organic change brain and metal fatigue of the staff in the sub health have two basic problems so as to confirm the state of the brain fatigue (cognitive ability): hypomnesis,inattention and the state of the mental mood; and the anxiety is the main discussion scope.II. Experiment of eye movement can disclose the faking behaviors of the self-rating depression scale and then through it monitoring the interference during the survey of sub-health, raising the reliability and validity of the survey.In the method of self-rating scale, because of the interference of common purposes (in order to obtain the function, meet the requirements on the post model) and motivation(shown by Taylor, describing himself to work hard undertake more stress); and the subjective problem of the self-rating scale is always queried and castigated.So, the text inspects whether the eye movement indicators (objective indicators) can disclose the faking behaviors of the self-rating depression scale and then inspect the reliability and validity. In the text, the tester shall finish five personality tests (self-rating depression scale of sub health) under the states of personnel selection condition and real condition by the situational simulation; and the key selection and eye movement indicators are recorded. The behavior data result: it has differences under the real and faking sates (p<0.05). The eye movement data result shows that the watching time, times and pupil size has differences under the real and faking states.The experimental result shows that the eye movement indicator can show the faking behaviors in the testing process of self-rating depression scale; secondly, the tester has faking behaviors in the self-rating depression scale due to their own purpose and motives;and thirdly, when the enterprise uses the self-rating depression scale for sub health, the reliability and validity shall be tested by the objective indicators.III. EPR experimental research of metal loading (attention)The sub-health survey of staff adopts the self-rating depression scale method. The eye movement experiment has disclosed the collected data by self-rating depression scale method polluted by subjectivity; and it shall affect the reliability and validity of the evaluation.Morden management some time face the problem that employee often complain their workload is too much. We have to ask that it is true or false that the staff describes like this?Is it long term or short term? If so, it must reduce the mental load base on the concept of people first from the angle of maintaining the health of the staff. If not, the faking behaviors driven by the purposes and motives show the tired work; as the seemingly working hard disclosed by Taylor, the scientific management shall be strictly insisted based on the criticism. Is it true or false? It needs to look for the objective indicators.The text adopts event-related Potential technique to design the test according to the continuous test paradigms (CPT, single task) and working memory test paradigms (N-back task) (double task formed by CPT combination) so as to observe the change of the EEG indicators under different conditions. The behavior results: (1) The chi-square test result shows that there are remarkable differences between the correct key reaction and false key reaction in the single task and double task (chi-square=49.548, p=0.000<0.05); (2) The non-parametric test shows that the correct reaction mean value is different from the false reaction mean value. The EEG data result: (1) Single and double task P300 wave (Pz points)have remarkable differences (t=-4.411, P=0.013<0.05). (2) The incubation period of CNV wave in double task is greater than that in the single task.The EEG test result shows that P300 wave in the EEG indicators can show the attention change objectively and sensitively; CNV incubation period can reflect the resource preparation condition of the task; and the EEG indicator can show the attention tensity in brain labor objectively.IV. Experimental study of resting state functional magenetic resonance imaging (fMRI)of metal stress (anxiety)The EEG test surveys the attention difference of brain labor task; and the EEG indicator can show the attention difference of brain labors. What are the differences between the sub-health persons (anxiety) and common persons? In other words, whether can the difference of the brain structure show the differences of sub-health persons (anxiety)and common persons or notThe text explores the anomalism of the sub-health brain by the resting state functional magnetic resonance technology. The experiment result shows that the anxiety has lower ReHo values in left vision association area, right vision association area, right forehand area and left lower foot area and increased ReHo value in left temporal pole area, right lower frontal lobe cortex, midbrain, left touching skin and right touching skin.The resting state functional magenetic resonance imaging (fMRI) shows that the sub-health staff has differences with the health person because of long-term anxiety; namely,fMRI indicators can show the differences between the sub-health persons (anxiety) and common persons objectively.The three-level assessing management method of sub health staff: (1) the scaling method has the advantages of large-scope measuring, simple operation, short time and low cost; and the sub health of staff are surveyed and initially assessed by the scaling method.(2) 10% of sub-health staff is randomly drawn (the initial assessment is health and sub health each 5%) to carry out eye movement detection so as to conjecture the reliability and validity. (3) The staff management needs to confirm the sub-health staff; and it can be diagnosed by ERP or fMRI technology.
