In the past thirty years, with the constant deepening of property management sector reform and the improving of operating mechanism, on one hand China’s property management industry welcomed its development opportunity, on the other hand the pressure of property management employees is on the increase. As a special professional group, property management employees have to confront a good many work stress sources according to the special occupational environment, with which they will turn up mental health problems by the stress sources. Thus the work stress sources and all the mental health problems caused by it should reward much attention. This research takes employees of Dalian Sinooceanland as subjects and evaluates work stress sources and mental health status of property management employees by interviewing method, documentary analysis research and questionnaire survey research. At the same time, we evaluate the influence mechanism between the employees’ stressor and mental health of Dalian Soceanlan Property Company. In all, we sent200questionnaires and finnaly we got174valid questionaries. This research takes SPSS as the statistic method. Exploratory factor analysis, T-test and Onaway ANOVA were used. Through the analysis, we find the following results:(1) the stressor questionnaire is an effective tool to measure work stress resources of property management employees with perfect reliability and validity.(2) The work stress sources of property management employees are issued by the following four aspects: organization level, individual level, work relavant levael and customer relavant level.(3) The work stress sources of employees of Dalian Sinooceanland are different in demographic variables such as gender, age, duty, marriage status and working department. In all, the stressor of Dalian Sinooceanland Property Company’s employees is higher than common people.(4) The mental health status of Dalian Sinooceanland employees is above the common person. There are some negative behaviors:somatization, human relation and psychotism. The mental health status of property management employees shows obviously difference in gender, age, working department, educational level and marriage status.(5) The work stress sources and mental health of employees from Dalian Sinooceanland shows obviously positive correlation, which indicates that work stress sources are the principal factor to influence mental health of the property management employees.(6) Work stress sources of property management employees have appriciable impact on their mental health.
