As one of the most ancient civilizations in the world,China has been in a leading position in the world for thousands of years.China's human resources development activities,along with its long history and rich experience,have gained significant achievementsthrough its history.Human resources development plays a decisive role in the development of C hina.The transformation process of human resources to human capital is undoubtedly the key to long-term economic performance in China's economic development.It is Chinese government's duty to inherit Chinese tradition and meanwhile follow the trend.How should Chinese government analyze and deal with the intersection and conflicts of the two duties? How should Chinese government build long-term stable development of human resource endowment patterns through human resource development activities so it can rejuvenate the nation?This paper attempts to answer the abovementioned questions by empirically investigating the relation between human resource development and social development.It reviews the evolution process of China's human resource development and China's social development in an attempt to find out the interaction between human resources development and social development.This paper proposes a general linkage of human resource development and social development.Making empirical contribution to existing literature,this paper p rovides a useful reference to the current human resources development and provides support for the whole economic society,regional economy and specific groups of human resource development activities.The topic of this paper is based on the subject of economics,which is based on the typical phenomenon and outstanding problems in economic development.The research work has great theoretical significance and practical value.This paper uses t he theoretical analysis,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,pay attention to the integrity and focus on the use of history,sociology,management science,statistics,psychology and other social science research theory and research tool,to effectively improve the reliability and validity of the research results.The paper has made innovative achievements in the following two aspects: first,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the impact of human capital development on human capital,especially the role of economic growth,and analysis of its operating mechanism.From the perspective of social stratification,the current operation situation,human capital and human resources development in the process of reproduction of demobilized cadres as the representative of the analysis of the new situation.Second,from the perspective of regional development and industry,analyze the impact of human resource development on regional and industrial human capital and its role in the development of regional and industry.Based on the analysis results above,in view of the problems and present situation of human capital development and economic and social progress in the process of human resources development,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions accordingly.
