| With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,the relationship between the upstream and downstream members in the supply chain isbecoming more and more complex,supply chain management has been widely used in industrial manufacturing and commodity circulation enterprises.Collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain has become the focus of common attention of scholars and business decision makers.Firstly,the thesis analyzed the batch production supply chain based on the research and development of home and abroad military supply chain management.And the thesis proposed the definition of missile batch production supply chain from the view of system science.At the same time,the thesis described the supply chain theories from the complex system,collaboration,information value and contract theory aspects.Secondly,the thesis analyzed the missile batch production supply chain in system,and constructed the collaboration system architecture.Then constructed the structure model of missile batch production supply chain from 3D,solid and three cooperative point level.Next,constructed the system model based on strategic,information sharing and business layers.Thirdly,the thesis constructed the information sharing model,supplier selection model and and logistics enterprise’ capability maturity model.The thesis analyzed the information value of missile batch production in the supply chain,discussed the missile batch production information sharing model,constructed the collaborative supply chain system model of missile batch production,based on the system theory of missile batch production of collaborative supply chain model and information sharing collaborative supply chain system model,the thesis quantitatively analyzed missile batch production price,profit of production quantity and condition of system under the condition of information sharing and non-sharing,collaboration and non collaboration,verified the information sharing and collaboration contract mechanism’simportant role in collaborative missile batch production and supply chain system,expounded the effectiveness of information sharing mode of missile batch production supply chain,and this has a great realistic significance for the management practice,and is of great realistic significance to effectively grasp the collaborative supply chain process.According to the running mechanism of the missile batch production and contract,the thesis constructed the supplier selection model baesd on the suppliers’ characteristics,fuzzy theory and quality function deployment method.Based on hemergence theory and therigid and flexible capacities’ emergence process,logistics enterprise’ capability maturity model is constructed,in which there are five gradesincluding initial level,growth level,competition level,optimization level and excellent level.Finally,adhere to the principal of scientific and practical,systemic,unified quality and quantity,comparability,static and dynamic.Complexity and simplicity,the thesis studied the missile batch of production supply chain synergy system model,constructed of missile batch production supply chain coordination index system including information flow,logistics,capital flow,management flow and market flow.The paper also constructed the supply chain coordination degree measurement model by using the method of synergetics,and the composite entropy was used for measuring the missile batch production supply chain coordination degree.The application of numerical analysis verified the model and the thesis put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the collaborative system model in the construction of missile batch production,the thesis chose one of missile batch production technology research institute as research object,studied the change of main parameters of missile batch production supply chain system under the condition of information sharing and non-sharing.On the basis of this study,combined with the actual situation of China’s missile batch production of supply chain system,hte thesis put forward the related policy and suggestions to construct collaborative system.This thesis plays an important guiding role and reference value to optimize the production supply chain on China’s missile batch production. |
