Defects of traditional supply chain management are uncovered gradually by the increasingly fierce market competition, which have become the bottleneck of supply chain development, as well as urge the emergence of Supply Chain Collaboration. Study on supply chain collaboration does not need innovations only in management mechanism and technologic support, but also in the methods how to inspire ideas of collaboration in each enterprise. As an important method of modern management, satisfaction management is throughout supply chain. It has advantages to emphasis on subjective feelings and to uncover hidden conflicts, and also accords with the requests about strategic congruence and cultural exchange of collaboration thought. So, Supply Chain Satisfaction Management could become a powerful and necessary tool to break the bottleneck of supply chain development.This thesis analyzes and refers to former scholars research results in supply chain collaboration, satisfaction management, supply chain satisfaction, etc., and independently puts forward typical supply chain satisfaction management system whose supply chain is composed of supplier, manufacturer, dealer and customer and whose core enterprise is manufacturer, in order to build supply chain satisfaction management and evaluation system based on supply chain collaboration. The supply chain satisfaction management system mainly includes defining supply chain satisfaction and supply chain satisfaction index, building four kinds of satisfaction index system and satisfaction evaluation system under the situation of supply chain collaboration, and putting forward supply chain satisfaction model based on supply chain collaboration.First of all, in this thesis, preconditions such as type of supply chain and executants of supply chain satisfaction are set for supply chain satisfaction; requests for supply chain management asked by the situation of supply chain collaboration are summarized; supply chain satisfaction and supply chain satisfaction index based on supply chain collaboration are defined. What's more, according to the requests for supply chain management asked by the situation of supply chain collaboration, this thesis analyzes the applicability and puts forward improvements for four kinds of satisfaction evaluation indexes in current supply chain; builds supplier satisfaction evaluation index, core enterprise employee satisfaction evaluation index, dealer satisfaction evaluation index and final customer satisfaction evaluation index under the situation of supply chain collaboration; bring forwards four kinds of satisfaction evaluation indexes for quantificational evaluation under the situation of supply chain collaboration, and takes dealer satisfaction evaluation index for example to introduce the process of setting up evaluation system.At last, based on the numerical values gotten from four kinds of satisfaction evaluation indexes, a supply chain satisfaction model is set up, which could reflect the state of supply chain satisfaction comprehensively; Supply chain satisfaction pattern is analyzed so as to estimate the current state and future trend of supply chain satisfaction, which could qualitatively analyze the stability and satisfaction state of supply chain based on quantificational evaluation.
