The competition of transceiver manufactures goes to the competition between the supply chain management from the individual company competition. This article follows the basic concept of strategy management, operation management, supply chain management and do the analysis for the supply chain collaborations among the five sub-companies of S company based on the real data or events. It uses the SWOT and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to position S company in the industry, analyze its cultural and how to reach cultural collaborations at the strategy level. Then, from the aspect of execution, do the review of ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and how to use ASCP to make the collaboration in forecasting, planning, purchasing and inventory control ect. After that, in technical site, describe S company how to set up its information sharing platform, integrate the standards, handle information and do the non-disclosure confidential. Finally, the article raises the problem of the trust in the supply chain collaboration and does the recommendation for the performance appraisal. The article regards the opinion that the application of supply chain collaboration in company S is positive. Supply Chain Collaboration intents to collaborate all of the node companies in the supply chain beyond two of the nodes. It can improve the efficiency of the total supply chain. Supply Chain Collaboration should be the trend of the supply chain management in the future.
