Research On Industry Coupling Of Datong Based On PV Industry

Datong City,as a typical representative of China's coal-based cities,rich high-quality coal resources and long-term coal industry and coal industry-oriented industrial structure,the formation of Datong City energy-based city's functional positioning and development of inertia in domestic and international energy structure Accelerated adjustment,environmental constraints continue to increase in the background,Datong such industrial structure and development ideas are facing increasing challenges to seek the appropriate industrial restructuring.Based on the resource endowment and industrial development system of Datong City,this paper discovers that Datong not only has great potential for development of coal resources,but also has the relative competitive advantage of solar resources and wind resources.Therefore,Datong can not Change the positioning of the energy base under the premise of the traditional coal industry through the optimization and upgrading and clean transformation,PVindustry,wind power and biomass power generation and other new energy industry,such as the rapid development of integrated means to achieve Datong from the traditional energy base,Black energy base to the green new energy base change,will fight with a typical national demonstration of the clean and comprehensive energy base.Firstly,this paper takes the PVindustry as the representative of the new energy industry,systematically studies the coupling content,coupling mechanism and coupling effect of the PV industry and the coal industry in Datong City,and constructs the industrial coupling model of the PVindustry and the coal industry.The empirical analysis of Datong shows that the coupling degree between the PVindustry and the coal industry in Datong has reached the degree of moderate coupling,and the coupling development of the two industries has been greatly promoted by the government-related industry policy space.Secondly,under the guidance of industrial coupling theory,this paper studies the coupling development model of light industry and existing industries in Datong City,and finds that the PVindustry and many industries can form a good coupling development relationship,and have good economic benefits,Ecological benefits,social benefits and a broad market development space.Finally,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to compare the industrial coupling model with the traditional industrial transformation model of coal-based cities.After considering the factors such as resource endowment conditions,industrial development status,industrial transformation cost and transition risk in Datong City,,The industrial coupling model is not only beneficial to the realization of Datong from the traditional energy base,black energy base to clean integrated energy base changes,and can effectively improve the ecological environment of Datong,creating a large number of employment opportunities,ease employment pressure,narrow Datong City Urban and rural gap between rich and poor,is suitable for Datong City,the current best industrial restructuring options.
