| Development of strategic emerging industries is one of the important forces to promoteeconomic growth and social progress. The main developed countries speed up to foster newindustries by increasing investment in scientific technology innovation in order to get newheights of economic development as well as science&technology progress. Our country is ina critical period of strategic adjustment the task of which is transformation for the mode ofeconomic development, innovation on the mode of economic development, acceleration at thedevelopment of strategic emerging industries, fostering the resource-conserving andenvironment-friendly society.Traditional industry development faces the questions of the low utilization efficiency,lacking backward in technologies and excessive pollutant discharge. It’ll restrict the healthyand sustainable development of industry. At the same time, we are facing the huge pressure ofresources and environment, large populations, less per capita-resources and frailly ecologicalenvironment and obvious contradiction between resource constraints and industrialdevelopment in the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization period.The economic development of our country is faced with double tasks: transformationand upgrading in traditional industries and development in strategic emerging industries.Therefore, to deal with the relations between strategic emerging industries and traditionalindustries plays an important role in promoting economic development. In the perspective ofindustrial coupling, based on the analysis of current situation of the development of strategicemerging industries and traditional industries in our country, this dissertation analyses theinfluence of coupling elements on the development of the industry. Moreover, it explores thedynamic coupling development process and evolution mechanism by application of principlesof system theory. Meanwhile, the dissertation explores an evaluation index system to reflectthe characteristics of the system coupling development and builds the appraisal model of thedynamic coupling industry system, through measuring dynamic coupling of the strategicemerging industry and traditional industry to analyze the current development situation of thecoupling industry system from1995to2010. The result is that it is in embryonic stage from1995to2010and coordinated development from1995to2010. Coupling development levelenhances unceasingly and evolutes in the direction of the positive coupling coordinate point.Finally, according to the coupling development present situation to predict the futuredevelopment trend, the coupling development will be in coordinated development stage from2010to2015. In the end, put forward to promote coupling strategy in order to play areference role in sustainable development for industrial coupling system. |
