The Evolution And Reconstruction Of Industrial Space In Changchun Metropolitan Area

At present,China is still in the middle stage of industrialization,the metropolitan area is still the core space for China's industrial development.The main position of metropolitan area in China's regional development has been fully laid.In China's modern industrial development and new industrial process,metropolitan areas should play the important task.In addition to a few large cities,such as Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou and other cities,the vast majority of cities in China have not yet entered the "de-industrialization" development stage.The study of evolution and reconstruction of industrial space in metropolitan area will provide a strong space support for modern industry development.Through the construction and reconstruction of industrial space,to promote the improvement of urban spatial structure,and promote the development of urban and rural socio-economic.This paper attempts to construct a theoretical framework for the evolution and reconstruction of industrial space suitable for the development of metropolitan area,enriching the theoretical achievements of industrial space evolution in China,enriching the theoretical system of urban space research in China,and perfecting the theory of urban space,especially industrial space research system,to provide innovative results,but also for the discussion of urban space-related scientific issues to provide research ideas and technical methods for reference.Based on the practice of industrial space evolution in China's metropolitan area,this paper analyzes the evolution and layout of industrial space in metropolitan areas,and puts forward the path of optimizing the layout of industrial space in Changchun metropolitan area,and provides theoretical support and practical reference for solving the problem of industrial space clutter,and promotes the healthy development of industrial space and urban space.According to the research object and target of the article,the data of industrial land,enterprise quantity and number of employed persons,urban and rural planning and historical data are collected,and the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used.The article mainly analyzes the following contents:First,the theoretical framework for the evolution and reconstruction of industrial space in metropolitan area is constructed.This paper uses the regional spatial structure,the urban functional area and the urban spatial structure theory to sort out and compare the geographical facts of the evolution of the industrial space at home and abroad,conducts the demonstration and scientific definition of the relevant concepts,summarizes the process and the dynamic mechanism of the industrial space evolution,sums up the pattern of industrial space evolution,the establishment of the logical relationship between the system,and then build China's urban industrial space evolution and reconstruction of the theoretical model.Second,the historical process of the evolution of industrial space in Changchun metropolitan area is reviewed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of industrial space distribution in Changchun metropolitan area before the period of Puppet Manchuria,during the Puppet Manchuria period,planned economy period and transition period,and emphatically analyzes the characteristics of industrial space evolution in Changchun metropolitan area during the planned economy and transition period.Third,the paper discusses the characteristics,geographical differences,organizational models and existing problems of industrial spatial distribution in Changchun metropolitan area.Based on the data of remote sensing and urban land use data and economic census data of Changchun metropolitan area,GIS and related mathematical models are introduced to analyze the regional differences and spatial organization patterns of industrial space layout in Changchun metropolitan area,and to fully understand the present situation of industrial space layout in Changchun metropolitan area,discover the existing problems of industrial space layout.Fourth,the paper analyzes the mechanism of industrial space evolution in Changchun metropolitan area.From the regional development background,regional function change and industrial upgrading,urban congestion and functional evacuation,land price competition and urban spatial evolution,regional industrial development of urban and rural areas,regional planning guidance and regulation of six aspects,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of industrial space evolution and reconstruction from multiple angles.Fifth,the study explores the reconstruction path of industrial space in Changchun metropolitan area.Based on the analysis of historical evolution and the present situation,the future development trend of industrial space in Changchun metropolitan area is forecasted.Based on the background of Changchun metropolitan area,the optimization path and guarantee
