Research On The Issue Of Industrial Upgrading Mechanism In China

After the international financial crisis,global industrial division suffered a huge range of contraction and deep adjustment.At the same time,the new normal of Chinese economy is coming.On one hand,China is facing the reindustrialization of the developed economies,so the export suffered a serious blow,on the other hand,China also is straight competed by some developing countries in labor-intensive industries,the traditional resources and labor cost advantage is waning,and the economy entered a phase of slow growth.Therefore,how to improve the economic level,to reconstruct the core competitive advantage of international competition,to accelerate the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,and maintain stable growth of Chinese economy,become a new subject of economic development in for we China.We need re-positioning and in-depth study for Chinese industry development path,the development of Chinese economic model,especially the development mechanism of in order to summarize the effective policy measures to promote the industrial upgrading.Research of the industrial upgrading in general expanded from two levels.One level is about the industrial structure adjustment,including the three industry structure and the internal structure,another level is about the industry value chain structure.In this paper,we all study these two aspects of industrial upgrading.In the existing research literature on the level of China's industry,the majority concluded that the development of service industry is lag,and the current level is low,but the development of Chinese economic model and the development mechanism of Chinese industry is rarely involved.This paper sums up the historical experience and law characteristics of the industrial evolution in developed countries through the longitudinal and horizontal comparison of the industrial development in developed countries.At the same time,according to the standards of industrial structure and the industrial value chain,the paper analyzes the development of China's industry.The main conclusion is that China's industrial upgrading should not be limited to the upgrading of the service industry,but also to achieve the optimization and upgrading of the manufacturing sector,and the core is to speed up the adjustment of economic operation mechanism.According to the research foundation of the previous chapters,this paper constructs the framework of industrial upgrading mechanism,including the mechanism of market competition and government regulation mechanism,market mechanism is the basic mechanism of industrial upgrading,market failure and excessive government intervention caused stagnation in industrial upgrading and economic development.Combined with the theory of economic development stage,the paper analyzes the boundary of industrial policy.Through the relevant policy and economic data of Japan's industrial development,and reveal the Japanese industrial upgrading in two aspects,the comparison between China and Japan in the stage of economic development,the development level of the current Japanese industry development of our country and 90s is similar.It is of great practical significance to predict the future of China's industrial upgrading under the condition of the new technological revolution.Finally,put forward a policy framework designed to advance industrial upgrading of China.First,I analysis fully the new situation under the new normal of China's economy,especially,the historical trend of economic globalization and the innovation of new industry represented by internet economy.Then raise the overall strategic considerations of the industrial upgrading.At last,I give the proposed policy framework for China advanced government to promote development of industrial structure.
