| There is a typical characteristic of the industrial structure evolution in China,which is that there are large differences between regions.Regional innovation system provides a more careful and detailed innovation policy framework for countries from national,regional,department,or technology of different levels and dimensions,which better meets the need of the various regions to explore the power of industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of regional innovation system to influence mechanism of the industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and then to examine the industry specialization and to improve the enterprise innovation capacity,so to provide policy suggestions to perfect the regional innovation systemFirstly,it analysis the regional innovation system operation and the characteristics of industrial structure evolution,to examine the two relationship between the time and space evolution,and then discusses the relationship between the regional innovation system and industrial structure evolution.Using statistics and regression methods,although they both show that the phase fluctuation and the regional differences,but there are in a rising state,and the geography the property also has space overlapping,which the industrial structure height determined by the level of technological innovation has a consistency with the regional innovation system in the province,so there is a preliminary judgment of regional innovation system which has a promoting effect on industrial structure evolution.Next,It applies Schumpeter R&D multidisciplinary general equilibrium model,and builds the the theoretical framework about the regional innovation system to influence the industrial structure evolution,and discuss the mechanism of regional innovation system to promote the industrial structure optimization and upgrading.It concludes from the theoretical model analysis that the regional innovation system through the effect of innovation creative destruction and improve the enterprises to master cutting-edge technology,promote the industry specialization and promote enterprise's innovation ability,ultimately promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The article on the basis of which the theoretical assumptions of two test: through the regional innovation system to promote regional industrial specialization and improve enterprise innovation ability by regional innovation system for upgrading the industrial structure.Then,two theoretical hypotheses proposed in this paper which are: the influence of the regional innovation system to improve the regional industry specialization and to enhance the enterprise innovation capacity,and then it bases the analysis of measurement to make empirical test.Using 20 industries and 30 provinces of China's large and medium-sized industrial enterprise data,to build dynamic panel data,and applicants the generalized moment estimation method,so the results show that regional innovation system has a role to promote the local industry specialization,at the same time,regional innovation system efficiency is higher,which has a transmission mechanism about “the improvement of regional innovation system efficiency to improve enterprise innovation capcity,as so to upgrade the industrial structure ".Based on theory and empirical analysis,this paper get the following three important conclusions:(1)The regional innovation subsystem of production and diffusion of knowledge sharing mechanism between the subjects,then promotes to build the stable trust and depended relationship between the actors,so reduces the endogenous transaction cost,and then promote the evolution of the regional industry specialization;(2)The innovation resources concentrates in the some area that enhances the regional innovation system,and improve the enterprise's innovation capacity,so as to enhance the effect of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure;(3)It's to improve the efficiency of the local regional innovation system,which is the necessary condtion to improve the acquisition capacity from spatial spillover to promote the industrial structure upgrading.The main innovation point of this article are the following three aspects:(1)It applicants the Schumpeter R&D mulitsectoral general equilibrium model,to build a framework of regional innovation system to influence the theoretical of the evolution of industrial structure,and then reveals the mechanism of the regional innovation system to influence the industrial structure evolution.(2)It's from the empirical to reveal the mechanism of action of regional innovation system of regional industry specialization.Based on China's provincial dynamic panel data econometric analysis shows that both as a whole and the east,middle and west region,regional innovation system run efficiently,specialization of evolution of regional industry all have positive effects.Based on regression of inequality decomposition is further evidence of regional knowledge production and diffusion system efficiency improvement,helps reduce the specialization degree of inequality between regions,narrow the gap between the level of specialization.But the transformation of scientific and technological achievements system efficiency improvement effect on reducing specialization inequality between regions is very small.(3)It reveals that the regional innovation system from the empirical through ascension the mechanism of action of enterprise innovation ability to promote industrial structure upgrade.Based on dynamic panel data econometric analysis shows that the Chinese provincial refundable "regional innovation system run efficiently to improve enterprise innovation ability,industrial structure upgrade" conduction mechanism,performance is more prominent especially in the eastern region,this rather than in recent years to speed up technological innovation,the fact that hasten industrial structure upgrade.Also because of this,the eastern region has a relatively high level of external knowledge acquisition ability,further enhance the transmission mechanism;For central and western regions,the regional innovation system efficiency is relatively high,restricting its external knowledge acquisition ability,spatial knowledge spillover on the regional innovation system run efficiently to improve enterprise innovation ability,industrial structure upgrade "the transmission mechanism of showed no positive impact. |
