The innovation-intensive era brings new development requirements to science and technology. The independent innovation has become the theme of the times, which is also as the fundamentality of innovative country's construction. The industry cluster's network development for the purpose of innovation promotes the formation of the cluster innovation network that is conducive to resource complementing and knowledge sharing, which cause cluster's innovation agents (firms, research institutes and universities, government agencies, intermediaries, financial and other organizations) interrelating, developing synergically and achieving the"1+1>2"effect. This thesis focuses on modeling, simulating and case studying methods to research the mechanism and influencing relationship between cluster innovation network structure and independent innovative capacity based on Complex Adaptive System (CAS) and Complex Network theory. Through a series of studies, this thesis makes main conclusions as follows.First of all, this thesis advances the cluster innovation network's independent innovative capacity could be evaluated from resource and knowledge two-dimensional angle based on Complex Network theory, and innovation resource and knowledge are key factors to independent innovative capacity. By mining influencing factors of independent innovative capacity via literature analysis,the study shows that influencing factors of cluster innovation network's independent innovative capacity focuses on R&D personnel, R&D investment, innovation resource utilization, innovation knowledge transferring effect, innovation patent and innovation revenue from the view of innovation process.Secondly, with the System Dynamic (SD) model being established according to the complexity of cluster innovation network, the thesis uses AnyLogic simulation to study the mechanism of cluster innovation network structure influences independent innovative capacity. The results show that under some structural qualification the cluster innovation network structure through changing agents' resource utilization and knowledge transferring effect to act on the cluster innovation network's independent innovative capacity. And the variables of cluster innovation network structure mean minimal path length, aggregation coefficient and degree distribution are negative, positive and positive correlate with independent innovative capacity separately.Thirdly, by Repast simulating to research the relationship between cluster innovation network structure and independent innovative capacity, this thesis builds the cluster innovation network structure impacts on the independent innovative capacity model based on complex adaptive systems theory and used Multi-agent simulation method (MAS) from the perspective of resource and knowledge. This model could be used to research the complex relationship between cluster innovation network structure and independent innovative capacity from agents' stimulate to response mechanism. After Repast simulation, this thesis validates the model's correctness with Zhongguancun (Beijing, China) high-tech industry cluster's real data.Finally, this thesis uses Ucinet software to describe the Zhongguancun Haidian area 100 representative agents' innovation network structure based on patent cooperation, strategic alliance and business association analysis. The case comparing study shows that the cluster innovation network's independent innovative capacity is better under the structure of stochastic network. At last, this thesis presents the network structure optimization suggestions aiming at high-tech industry cluster in Beijing.By using MAS and SD simulation, this thesis probes into the relationship between cluster innovation network structure and independent innovative capacity from the perspective of innovation resource and knowledge. It also breaks the past view that the more agents' amount and closely innovation network structure, the higher level of cluster innovation network's innovative capacity. The study has an effect that it helps to the industry cluster research method's deepening and expansion. All of results could provide valuable reference of China regional industrial cluster innovation network structure optimization.
