Under the background of industry informatization and economic globalization,the knowledge intensive industry(KI industry)tech-innovation network who considers knowledge as the main production factor and takes innovation activities by network organizational form has become the main object that scholars and practitioners are focus on.Nowadays,with China at the critical stage of the upgrading of the industrial structure,developing KI industrial tech-innovation network and enhancing the innovation ability of this whole network is important strategic initiatives which used to promote the healthy development of national economy,realize the successful transformation of industrial structure,strengthen the international status of our country and change the pattern of the world economy.However,the current research on industrial tech-innovation network is not in-depth,meanwhile the study on the problem involving the development of KI industrial tech-innovation network.is still at the beginning stage.Therefore,considering the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network adaptive evolution as my research subject,I explores the inherent laws and the characteristic of the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network.This study has important practical significance and theoretical significance on the development of social economy and study of industry economy.First of all,on the basis of the definition of KI industrial tech-innovation network,I study the mechanism and the internal and external driving factors of the formation of this network,through identifying the key factors driving the formation of this network by gray correlation analysis and deconstructing the structure of this network by social network analysis,and build a research framework of adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network.Secondly,regarding the nature of environment——environmental uncertainty as the breakthrough point,I analyze the regular change of environment uncertainty level,and explores the relationship between environmental uncertainty and network strategy diversity.And through the empirical research on Harbin information transmission technology and service industrial innovation network,observing the change law of value of 7 indexes which including environmental uncertainty,strategic diversity,size of members in this network,frequency of interaction in this network,characteristics of network structure,network openness and innovation performance,I demonstrate that the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network has the characteristics of periodic.Thirdly,I construct a multi-layer coopetition structure model along with the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network,making an comprehensive analysis of the coopetition relationships between different levels in this network by the use of Lotka-Volterra model,evolutionary game model and LV-EG model.And then,making a simulation analysis of the above model by using Matlab software,I study on the characteristic and the internal coopetition mechanism's operating principle of multi-layer coopetition structure model along with the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network.Fourthly,I construct a single layer coopetition structure model along with the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network under the condition of multimarket competition.Then,on the basis of this model,I put forward the research hypothesis while analyzing the change trend of coopetition structure,making a simulation analysis by Simulnk,and explore the intrinsic motivations which forcing KI industrial tech-innovation network into a global innovation network and study the change trend and characteristics of single layer coopetition structure along with this process.Fifthly,on the basis of knowledge characteristics,refining the key variables affecting the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network and building a model of interaction relationship between factors along with the adaptive evolution of KI industrial tech-innovation network,I expound that the knowledge stock plays a mediating role between degree of network cooperation and innovation performance while the knowledge heterogeneity plays a moderating role between degree of network cooperation and knowledge stock,in order to reveal the change law of KI industrial tech-innovation network in the dimensions of performance.Sixthly,on the basis of the above research conclusions,designing a general idea about enhancing the adaptability of KI industrial tech-innovation network,from three different levels including the micro enterprise strategy,the meso structure of network and the macro innovation ecosystem,I put forward concrete measures to enhance adaptability of KI industrial tech-innovation network.
