Pakistan and China have adored long lasting and friendly ties regardless of their ideological differences,evident in their very names.Over the years the two all weather friends China and Pakistan developed strong political,defense,and the strategic relations.Since the beginning of this decade,both countries have giving much importance to build up their economic ties that have remained shallow in the past.In this regards year 2015 proved to be milestone as both China and Pakistan both countries decided to move ahead with their plan to establish One Road one Belt as known as "China Pakistan Economic Corridor",which has given a new motivation to both countries for improving their economic,political,defense and strategic relations.China Pakistan Economic Corridor is a comprehensive development deal which not only establishes economic and strategic connectivity between both states but also having the potential of integrating other sub regions of Asia and could play a key role in improving strategic and economic environment.However for some regional and extra regional actors,this project is like an awful dream that has met same criticism mainly because it affects business for some countries and threatens the political interests of some other.This paper discusses the development of corridors between China and Pakistan to drive the development potential of international trade in China and Pakistan,as well as some political,economic and security interests in neighboring countries.The article structure is as follows:First of all,paper express theoretical foundation of the relevant economics,international trade,logistic and background of some other therieswhich has applied during the research.Secondly,the introduction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and its key projects in Gawadar,comparative analysis through the Gwadar port and its competitive port,by comparing the original/current route and the new CPEC route,in term of logistics,transport time,distance,and then the transport costs and Import and export trade,demonstrates the importance of China-Pakistan economic corridor and the construction of Gwadar port and its strategic significance.Transport systems and infrastructure are known as strategic levers in trade,which can reduce transportation costs and time-consuming.China needs a short and safe and inexpensive trading route to European and the Middle Eastern countries.The aim of this study is to verify if China Pakistan Economic Corridor is the viable solution to the need.CPEC provides an economic route for Central Asia's natural resources to flow to the world,while easily entering Asia's growing consumer market.Again,since the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor" concept put forward,Pakistan and China trade cooperation,there have been positive changes.Statistical analysis of Pakistan and China between the industrial structure,import and export trade,investment and other aspects of great significance.The research mainly analyzes the changing trend of industrial structure adjustment,trade growth point,investment situation and investment demand of CPEC,and quantitatively analyzes the cooperation situation and future possible cooperation potential of the two countries.Using the gravitational model to arrive at factors influencing bilateral trade flows.Finally,the regional and regional geopolitical trends of different countries were analyzed to assess potential threats and risks that could affect CPEC implementation,including insecurity and violence throughout Pakistan,internal political and economic constraints,and global and regional Of the geopolitical obstacles.The aim is to understand and assess the long-term security,political and economic environment of Pakistan and regional geopolitical dynamics,to explore the feasibility of corridors,and to manage potential threats(if any)that may impede implementation.Most importantly,the report discussed in detail the details of the security aspects,which analyzed the possibility of extremist armed threats,nationalist rebellion and violent crimes,focusing primarily on Pakistan's region through the China-Pakistani corridor.
