The steel industry is an important fundamental industry in national economy.Currently,the steel industry in our country brings excess production capacity with obvious supply contradiction.In recent years,the state has issued a series of policies successively in order to promote supply-side reform of steel industry,improve concentration ratio of steel industry,integrate disperse production capacity,close down backward production capacity and adjust industrial structure of steel industry.With the industrial structure adjustment of steel industry,the steel logistics industry is in need of integration.Currently,there are many problems in steel industry,such as irrational configuration of logistics resources,unbalanced distribution,close dispersion and single service mode,etc.Especially,the steel production enterprises and steel trade enterprises construct have constructed abundant steel logistics parks.The enterprises are in lack of effective coordination,thus giving rise to idle steel logistics resources.Consequently,the logistics resources of steel industry are in need of integration and optimal configuration so as to improve the service level of steel logistics.In the background of "supply-side reform of steel industry",aimed at the current prominent problem in steel logistics,this thesis analyzes the connotation and elements of steel resources integration,puts forward the resources integration mode of steel logistics,analyzes the operation mechanism of steel logistics resources integration,constructs the evaluation index system of steel logistics resources integration and finally proposes the implementation strategy of steel logistics resources integration from the perspective of supply-demand relationship of logistics.Research in this thesis has better theoretical and practical significance in integrating steel logistics resources and improving service level of steel logistics.The research results cover the following aspects:(1)This thesis puts forward a new research perspective of logistics resources integration.And then this thesis analyses the connotation of steel logistics resources integration from the perspective of supply-demand relationship of logistics,to dynamically regroup and optimally configure steel logistics resources by taking the steel logistics service supply organization and logistics demand organization as an overall network.According to the demands of steel logistics users,set the logistics resources dispersing in the whole steel logistics supply-demand network and attaching to different organizations as the object,take the linkage and win-win of steel logistics service organization and steel logistics users organization as the target,and take the construction of steel logistics service supply chain as the mean.From the perspective of logistics supply-demand relationship,the range and boundary of logistics resources integration extends to the whole logistics supply-demand network from the logistics service provider.(2)This thesis proposes the resources integration mode of steel logistics from the perspective of supply-demand relationship of logistics.In the steel logistics system,a part of nodes have prominent dual attributes of logistics service supply-demand and incorporate the logistics resources of both steel logistics supply and demand parties into a group and integrate the resources.According to the definition of steel logistics resources,it integrates the steel logistics resources from three aspects,namely,the facility network,steel logistics organization network and steel logistics information network.(3)This thesis analyzes the operation mechanism of steel logistics resources integration.This part mainly analyzes the operation of both parties in logistics service(each subject on steel logistics service supply chain)from two aspects(tasks and resources coordination and profit distribution)in the process of steel logistics resources integration.It constructs the conceptual model and mathematical model of tasks and resources coordination mechanism in the part of tasks and resources coordination mechanism.It applies the relevant theories of cooperative game,analyzes the profit distribution problem in steel logistics resources integration and constructs the mathematical model of profit distribution mechanism in the part of profit distribution mechanism.(4)This thesis establishes the evaluation index system of steel logistics resources integration.This part constructs the evaluation index system of steel logistics resources integration from multiple aspects,such as integration level of steel logistics infrastructure resource,integration level of steel logistics organization resource,integration level of steel logistics information resource,service level of steel logistics,profit level of steel logistics.And then this part validates the feasibility of this evaluation index system by the fuzzy comprehensive model and the case.(5)This thesis puts forward the implementation strategy of steel logistics resources integration.This part proposes the implementation strategy of steel logistics resources integration from several aspects such as resources platform of steel logistics,collaboration of steel logistics park,service system of steel logistics,etc.
