With the advent of knowledge economy,intensifying global competition andaccelarating inter-element flow make the uncertainty of the market environment becoming more and more prominent.EnterpriseS must make full use of their own resources,their own advantages,and break the resource constraints to maintain their competitiveness in the complex market and technology environment.Whether enterprises can effectively integrate knowledge resources is the key to win in the competitive and fast-changing market.Therefore,how to enhance the resource integration ability to cope with the risks caused by external market competition(Eisenhardt&Martin,2000)has become the focus of current theoretical and practical research.The existing literature has done many researches on alliance network and knowledge sharing,but it has not yet attached enough importance to interdisciplinary research on enterprise capability theory,social network analysis theory and organizational learning theory.Based on the research framework of capability-network-knowledge sharing,this study constructs and verifies the function model of resource integration capability and alliance network on knowledge sharing,and further analyzes the internal mechanism.Based on the literature review and induction of resource based theory,enterprise ability theory,social network theory and other related theories,the study analyzes the impact of enterprise resource integration capability on knowledge sharing.Through 4 typical case studies on the operation mechanism of technology innovation strategic alliance,this study attempts to excavate the research mechanism from resource integration capability to knowledge sharing,and explore the moderating effect of organizational culture consistency on the above research mechanism based on the research on organizational culture.In particular,this study will focus on the following questions:(I)What is the mechanism that resource integration capability affects alliance network?What is the mechanism that resource integration capability affects knowledge sharing?How does the alliance network affect knowledge sharing?How to determine the influence mechanism between the three variables from different dimensions?Is there a logical and empirical consistency exists in the influence effect between the three variables?(2)How to qualitatively and quantitatively describe the four dimensions of resource integration capabilities?And from what perspectives to describe it?How to two dimensions of the alliance network?How qualitatively and quantitatively describe the two dimensions of knowledge sharing?(3)Organizational culture is an important factor in knowledge sharing,and how does it affect knowledge sharing?What is its inner mechanism?Based on the above theoretical deduction,this study collects the relevant data from more than 260 enterprises through the questionnaire,and does multiple linear regression analysis based onstructural equationmodeling,this study analyzes the relationship between enterprise resource integration capability,network alliance and knowledge sharing while taking organizational culture as an adjustment variable.This study verifies the theoretical hypothesis with the following conclusions:(1)enterprise resource integration capability has positive impact on knowledge sharing.Resource utilization and allocation capabilities have significant effects on the quality and scope of knowledge sharing.Resource acquisition capability has a significant impact on the scope of knowledge sharing.(2)Alliance network(centrality position and relationship strength)has a positive impact on knowledge sharing(the quality and scope of knowledge sharing),and plays a mediating role in resource integration and knowledge sharing.In other words,resource integration capability can affect the alliance network and furthermore can affect knowledge sharing.(3)Organizational culture coherence has a moderating effect on alliance network and knowledge sharing.The degree of organizational culture consistency directly affects theeffect of enterpriseknowledge sharing.This study deepens resource based theory,enterprise competence theory and social network theory,expands the research scope of relevant theories to a certain extent,and achieves the following research progress.(1)This study makes a breakthrough in the traditional research paradigm from the perspective of resource based view,and proposes the correlation mechanism between industrial alliance and knowledge sharing using alliance network analysis,which has a certain degree of theoretical innovation.(2)This study focuses on the influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing,and its moderating role in alliance network and knowledge sharing from the perspective of organizational culture consistency.(3)This study systemly constructs and empirically verifies the model of "resource integration ability-alliance network-knowledge sharing",succesfully makes the integration of social network theory in industry alliance research,as well as provides a new research path for embedding organizational culture into the research of resource capacity-knowledge sharing.This study also puts forward constructive suggestions on how to construct the internal mechanism of industry alliance and how to promote the knowledge sharing in alliance.At the end,the shortcomings and the future prospect of the study are clarified.
