As an experimental district of "Resource-saved and Environment-friendly Society ",the pattern of regional urban land use has changed greatiy in Wuhan Metropolitan Area with development of economic.Not only the type and quantity,but also the spatial evolution progress of land use has became fierce by the influence of the planning of Major Function Oriented Zooing,industrial layout,traffic network and so on.What`s more,many problems have gradually highlighted.For example,contradiction between land scarcity and the growth of social demand is increasing day by day,the irrational exploitation of land resources leads to land degradation and ecological pollution.To solve these problems,we should not only strengthen the research on the land use of urban agglomeration,but also firmly implement the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing in the process of land use.Land as an important element of economic development,the social and economic development has a huge role in promoting,while economic development is an important basis for efficient land use and support.Wuhan Metropolitan Area as an important fulcrum of the rise of the central part of the land use of its research,must be combined with economic development,to understand the mechanism of mutual influence,to guide the development of urban land use,optimize the land use structure,improve the quality of human settlements And coordinated urban development,Hubei and the central region as a whole urban and rural development,take the road of sustainable urbanization has important theoretical value and practical significance.The research on land use of Wuhan Metropolitan Area must be combined with economic development.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide the development of urban land,optimize the land use structure,improve the quality of human settlements and coordinate the urban development,and coordinate the urban and rural development in Hubei and Center China.Based on the above purpose,this paper focuses on the spatial and temporal effects of land use change and economic development in Wuhan Metropolitan Area:This paper analyzed the temporal and spatial evolution of land use and economic development in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,the trend of development.The coupling coordination of land use and economic development has beed calculated and analyzed qualitatively based on the relationship of lang use change and econimic development.The spatial data mining technology is used to discover the characteristics of the coupling and coordination,and the association rules are excavated,and the trend of the coupling and coordination of land use change and economic is simulated.Through the research and analysis above,we summarize the outstanding problems in the land use and economic development of Wuhan Metropolitan Area for more than 10 years,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable and stable development of economy from the perspective of optimizing land use.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Land Use Change in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.The connotation of Wuhan city circle land use characteristics and construction goal of "two types of society" are summarized and analyzed,This paper argues that the land use requirements of Urban Agglomeration should be highlighted in three aspects: land intensive use,land ecological environment protection and regional coordinated development.Based on this feature,the comprehensive evaluation index system of land use is constructed,and two sub-systems of land intensive use evaluation and land eco-environmental benefit evaluation are set up.The entropy method and the Delphi method are used to determine the weight of the weighting method.The results show that the scores of the same categories in each city are increasing year by year.The phenomenon of "one dominance" is very obvious in Wuhan,and the scores are obviously higher than those of other cities.(2)This paper analyzes the temporal evolution characteristics of land use change in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.According to the trend evolution characteristics,the trend characteristics of nine cities are divided into four types,and corresponding to the advanced?intermediate?junior?low four stages,Wuhan,Ezhou as the representative of the A class of cities have entered the land intensive use of the advanced stage of development,the development of its ecological and environmental benefits have been in a relatively stable period;Huangshi and Qianjiang as the representative of the D class city,the rapid development of a relatively short period of time to complete the realization of the primary,intermediate to advanced upgrade;Xian Ning and Huang Gang as the representative of the C class city,still undergoing the primary stage of development;To Xiaogan,Xiantao and Tianmen three cities as the representative of the B class city,driven by the radiation in Wuhan,after rapid development,has just achieved the intensive use of land in the intermediate stage.From the perspective of the overall trend of the urban circle,the level of intensive land use in the urban area in 2015 is only equivalent to the level of development in Wuhan during 2006-2009;The level of land eco-environmental benefits in Wuhan is almost the same as the development trend in the period from 2000 to 2015,but the level of land eco-environmental benefits in the urban agglomeration is on the rise,and in 2010 around the whole was more than Wuhan.By comparing with the development trend of each city,it can be found that the overall trend of the urban circle is highly fitting with the development trajectory of the Huangshi area,but the overall level of the urban circle is slightly higher than that of the Huangshi area.(3)This paper analyzes the spatial evolution characteristics of land use change in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.Using the "natural discontinuity" method of ARCGIS to divide the index into 5 levels.From the point of view of the spatial evolution of land intensive use,the level of intensive land use in all cities in the whole period from 2000 to 2015 has changed,Huanggang,Xianning change degree is relatively small,Wuhan,Ezhou change is most significant;The distribution law has the characteristics of Wuhan as the center,the slow synchronization of the north and south sides of the city,the east and west of the rapid development of urban characteristics.From the spatial evolution characteristics of land eco-environmental benefits,the land eco-environmental benefits of all cities are raised by at least two times,and most cities reach the optimal state by 2015(refer to Wuhan);The distribution of the law shows the north and south sides of Wuhan City,the rapid increase in the city,east and west side of the city to rise the trend of the trend:(1)The ecological and environmental benefits of the region is relatively high value;(2)East-West environmental management of high quality areas of ecological and environmental benefits to enhance significantly;(3)Land intensive use of high levels of land but the level of land eco-environmental benefits is not high.From the spatial evolution characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation of land use change,the distribution of the land is close to the surrounding cities of Wuhan,which are affected by radiation,and the east-west area is smaller,such as Xiantao,Ezhou,Huangshi and Qianjiang.Active,change the attitude of higher,located in the north-south area of the larger cities such as Huanggang,Xiaogan,Xianning and other comprehensive evaluation index growth is relatively slow.(4)The regression model was established to predict the future trend of land use change in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.The maximum value of each index in the whole time period is set as the reference target value,and is set to the assumed optimum state.The forecast results show that,in addition to Ezhou,other cities in 2018 years ago to achieve the best set,and Ezhou is expected to be around 2024-2027 to achieve compliance,mainly due to Ezhou's ecological environment is relatively poor,The problem of industrial pollution is outstanding.Land intensive use forecast shows that the first city is Ezhou,will reach the target value in 2021,the latest city is Huanggang,the current development trend will be in 2045 or so to achieve the goal,because the Huanggang land intensive The use of the basic conditions are poor,and Huanggang is located in the northeast of the city circle,mountainous and hilly land,the production by the natural conditions of great restrictions.On the city circle as a whole,will be around 2030 to achieve land intensive use index.The realization of the time,on the whole show the southern city faster than the northern city,the eastern city is faster than the characteristics of the western city.(5)A comparative analysis of the construction of Wuhan Metropolitan Area in 2003 and 2015 was carried out.Results are as follows:(1)The level of intensive land use has been improved,but the difference between cities has been widening;(2)The land eco-environmental benefits are steadily increasing,and the level of land eco-environmental benefits become more and more synchronous.The process of integration is faster than that of land intensive use;(3)The construction of the " Resource-saved and Environment-friendly Society " has achieved remarkable results,but the differences among the cities have expanded from 2003 to 2015,and narrowed in 2018-2030;(4)The level of land use in some cities are low;(5)The economic development of cities in Wuhan Metropolitan Area presents a positive trend of integration;(6)The total factor productivity of cities in Wuhan Metropolitan Area fluctuated significantly;(7)Coupling harmonious degree of land use and economic growth in Wuhan Metropolitan Area tends to be positive on the whole.(6)The paper analyzed economic development in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.The total factor productivity was selected on behalf of the economic growth quality.The data envelope analysis-Mannquist index method was selected to calculate the total factor productivity.The result shows that during the period from 2000-2003 to 2003-2006,the productivity of the metropolitan area has changed significantly,down by 16.10%.Since 2003,the productivity of each period has been rising slowly.The correlation analysis was carried out using SPSS software to verify the importance of technological progress to productivity.The overall productivity index of the city circle is consistent with that of Xianning and Tianmen.The distribution of technological progress index is relatively scattered,and the areas with high scores are mainly concentrated in the east and west regions with high land intensive use.Lower scores of the last four cities were Huangshi,Xiaogan,Xiantao,Huanggang,just a relatively low level of land use in several cities.The distribution of total factor productivity in each city is highly consistent with the equal distribution of technological progress.The overall factor productivity index of the urban agglomeration is increasing year by year,but the growth rate is down.(7)The paper studied temporal-spatial association of land use change and economic growth in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.The coupling harmonious degree model was established and coupling harmonious characteristics are divided into 15 types of five stages.The research shows that coupling harmonious degree of land use and economic growth fluctuates during the period,but the overall trend is coordinated.Sustained growth of the coupling harmonious degree of land use and economic growth shows a benign trend in Wuhan Metropolitan Area.Coupling coordination of cities,close to eastern part of Wuhan is better than other regions from the aspect of spatial distribution.In the whole,the characteristic is that Wuhan as the center,east and west are similar,differences between north and south are huge.The coupling characteristics of Wuhan Metropolitan Area as a whole are quite different from those of the cities.The harmonious degree of the Wuhan Metropolitan Area is stronger than the level of land use change and econimic growth.At the same time,the theory of rough set was introduced to carry out knowledge mining.Quality of land use and economic growth were used as condition attributes,and different coupling harmonious characteristics were used as decision attributes.Six rules of the coupling coordination of land use change and economic growth was found,and credibility of the rules were analyzed.The result shows that the technological progress index has a significant effect on the development of coupling coordination,and the influence of technical efficiency is small.The stage of most cities will change from decline stage to barely coordinated development stage in 2015-2018,all will change into the barely coordinated development stage in 2018-2021.(8)Countermeasures and suggestions on the coordinated development of Wuhan Metropolitan Area.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,extensive and uncoordinated development of land use,through the analysis of land use and its benefits,this paper puts forward a series measures: strengthen the guidance of land use planning,use scientific and technological tools,control the scale of construction land,revitalize reserved construction land,strengthen land law enforcement,and strengthen the protection of land ecological environment and so on.At the same time,in the areas where level of land use is high,the suggestion of this paper is to release economic development potential through promoting industrial structure adjustment and improving the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in economic growth.This paper also emphasizes the need to fully learn from the central city of land use and economic development of the advanced experience,relying on regional traffic advantages,play a good radiation,pull,conduction role in order to promote the coordinated economic development of urban economy.
