Study On The Coupling Relationship Between Land Use Change And Social Economic Based Functional Zoning Of Land Use In Linchuan District

Land use change play an important role in the project of global change,it is the response of land resources to human activity and natural environment,there is a close connection between land use change and social economic.The scientific land use rational and land structure can provide material basis for the sustainable development of social economic,conversely,social economic is the major driving factor of land use change.If we discuss the inherent law of the land use change and social economic proceeing from the point of their mutual relationship,we could provide a theoretical direction for the sustainable development of social economic.The subject investigated of this article is Linchuan district JiangXi province,this article analysised the characteristic and process of land use change and social economic in Linchuan district guided by the land science,synergetic and systematics.This paper structured an coupling coordination evaluation index system between land use change and social economic and analysised the spationemporal change of the coupling degrees by adopting the mathematieal statistieal method,GIS models,grey relational analysis and coupling degrees models.In the end according to the main problems existing at the present,some regulative and controlling countermeasures to be sustainable development and land use change were proposed.Final results obtained are as follows:1.The land use change of Linchuan district between 2010-2015 was obvious,it is reflected in the following aspects:(1)The proportion of all land type were decline except construction land,the Urban-rural construction land was the fastest-growth land type,and the other land was the most reduced one.(2)The central townships of Linchuan district was the hotspot of land use change,the land use change of northwestern and southern townships were not obwious.(3)The land use degree and its rate of central townships way above that of other townships,the land use degree of southern townships were lowest.(4)the land use diversity index of the central townships in which construction land dominates land types and southern townships in which woodland dominates land types were lower than that of other townships.2.The artical find the coupling degree of Linchuan district between land use change and social economic had been in the state of antagonistic and showed a trend of first increase and then decrease;The state of coupled coordination of Linchuan district between 2010-2015 experienced five stages from serious disorders with the social economic lags to on the verge of disorders with the land use change lags with the ascended tendency of coupled coordination index.3.The Linchuan district can be divided into 4 land use partition by the Four-quadrant analysis:potential area,intensive area of urban development,eco-environment area and crop production area.This paper analysised the coupling relationship between land use change and social economic of these land use partition,the results show that:the coupling coordination degree of intensive area of urban development was highest;the crop production area has bceome the fastest-growing land use partition;the relative development degree of potential area is maximal and its coupling coordination degree is least due to its level of social economic far behind the level of land use change.The land use change system and social economic system in the eco-environment area were in the state of synchronous development.
