After 20 years of rapid development,Xijiang A oil field has entered the late stage of high water cut development.However,there is still large residual potential and strong production capacity.There are obvious differences in the liquid production capacity and adaptability of different oil wells.Adjusting liquid production of oil wells is an important means to further enhance oil recovery.The conventional reservoir engineering method is adopted to carry out the remaining potential of oil field and single well.Apply formation-wellbore integration analysis model to evaluate the actual liquid production index of single well in different time points,and summarize the capacity range of different reservoir in different stage through probability statistics.Combine with the theory without dimensionless liquid production index curve,experience formula and production testing to determine the capacity change law.According to the qualitative analysis of sand index and the production pressure difference statistics of sand wells,determine the safety production pressure difference.Combine with the pressure difference analysis of casing and completion tools,the tubing erosion analysis,and the lifting capacity of the electric pump system to determine the liquid production limit.Combining with historical extraction research,reservoir numerical simulation and reservoir engineering method to research the reasonable extract time and range.Main results:(1)Establish the integrated pipe flow analysis model,determined the main capacity ranges of different reservoirs in different water cut stages and the safety production pressure is 600 psi.The fluid boundaries of 30 production wells is defined.(2)Establish the evaluation method of extract effectiveness and summarize main evaluation index of the historical extract effect.It is better to extract when water cut is bigger than 80% and the optimal extraction range is between 15% and 40%.(3)Establish the optimization model of oilfield production fluid structure to optimize oilfield production fluid structure and electrical submersible pump lifting parameters.In case that the total amount of liquid is basically unchanged,the expected oil gain is 424.6 bbl per day by optimizing the single well production.Under the condition of making full use of the potential of every well,the expected oil gain can achieve 1615.6 bbl per day.
