Science and technology constitute primary productive forces within agriculture.The latest agricultural technology innovations are undoubtedly an effective way to solve problems concerning agriculture,crop production within rural areas,and promotion into a new transition of the agricultural growth model.However,along with China's economics entering a "new normal",the growth of the agricultural economy has unfortunately begun to slow down.The previous agricultural development model that relied solely on the input of large amounts of elements to promote economic growth has paid a heavy environmental cost while gaining great achievements.The soil and water pollution caused by chemical fertilizers,pesticides and plastic films has been aggravating.In addition to the industrial pollution and atmospheric pollution,the challenges and pressures of agro-ecological environment are staggering.Undoubtedly,the traditional agricultural technologies that pushed forth our economic benefits have to begin to take environmental factors into account in order to gradually,but also forcefully,propel our country into a new phase that relies on environmentally-friendly agricultural technology to promote economic development.Environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation emphasizes the importance of environmental and resource variables within technological innovation.The goal is success of the agriculture economy with low investments,green and sustainability as methods in which to allow for growth.Although domestic and foreign scholars agree that environmental friendly agricultural technology plays a role in promoting economic growth within agriculture,systematical studies are lacking due to various perspectives and differing methods.Our country has explored eco-friendly agricultural technology innovation previously,but there are still so many problems that cannot be ignored.Problems such as the lack of innovations from scientists and researchers has hindered the development of new agricultural technologies that stimulate growth and resourcefulness within the agriculture economy.In light of these,this paper puts the concept of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation and agricultural economic growth into a unified analytical framework.All of these concepts are based on the theories of agricultural technology innovation,agricultural economic growth,relationship of technology innovation and economic growth,agricultural technology diffusion and more.The impact of these theories on agricultural economic growth and empirical analysis through the coupling principle,status evaluation,the correlational analysis,the contribution analysis and the path design.(1)There is a positive coupling correlation between environmental friendly agricultural technology innovation and agricultural economic growth.The breakthrough and integration of traditional agricultural technology with environmentally-friendly agricultural technology coupled with environmental regulation increases agricultural technology progress.This will improve the marginal efficiency of agricultural production factors,and optimize the quality and yield of agricultural products.Thus promoting the advancement of the agricultural industry and the formation of new industries which effects agricultural economic growth directly and indirectly.Additionally,the growth of the agricultural economy will cause new market demands and promote investments which will result in the agricultural technology level improving.Therefore,there is a coupling correlation between environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation and agricultural economic growth thus providing a theoretical basis to the interaction between environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation and agricultural economic growth.(2)The environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation capability shows a slow rising trend and exists to balance regional development.(1)The environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation capability in our country increased from 2000 to 2015,and in 2015 success was observed through high yield.(2)Although the environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation input capability increased year by year,it lacked a stable mechanism of investment.Because input was deficient,technological growth was stunted and research was insufficient within the agricultural realm and growth was slow.(3)The grey incidence coefficient between the environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation operation capability and the optimal was 0.7,showed that our country still needs to polish the cooperation platform between agricultural science and technology.(4)The environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation supporting capability has wavelike rises with time,and our country's supporting policy and matching system are the key factors in the influence of characteristics such as publicity,high risk and weak quality.(5)The trend of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation output capability rose consistently but this did not translate into agricultural productivity.Researchers found that resistance among agricultural technology diffusion and application still existed.(6)There are three stages of the environmentallyfriendly agricultural technology innovation comprehensive capability.These stages were synchronized with the development of the two-oriented levels within agriculture known as “Environmentally-friendly” and “resource-saving ”.(7)It was concluded that the environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation capability in the regional perspective has the feature of decreasing gradient from east to west.Vast differences in innovation capability were observed across regions,and the overall level was low.The paper measured the development level and changing characteristics of the environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation capability,thus providing an important practical basis to driving agricultural economic growth coupled with agricultural technological innovation.(3)There exists a long-term dynamic relationship between environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation and agricultural economic growth.First,as a whole,for every 1% increase in environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation,agricultural economic growth will increase by 0.1408%.Then for every 1% increase in environmentally-friendly agricultural technology extension,agricultural economic growth will increase by 0.5432%.Secondly,in the short-term outlook,environmentally-friendly agricultural technology extension can continue to promote the development of agricultural economy in 1 to 3 stages.The promotional effect of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation on agricultural economic growth is shown by the degree of agricultural technology promotion.While environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation slowly shows its role in promoting agricultural economic growth in 4 stages.Third,in the long term,the promotional effect of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation and environmentally-friendly agricultural technology extension on agricultural economic growth is slow,steady and long-term.It was proven there is a positive coupling correlation.This has expanded the research of the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth.(4)The contribution of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation to agricultural economic growth would keep growth stable.First,the rate of environmentally-friendly agricultural productivity was averagely increased by 2.87% every year,indicating that the contribution of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation activities to agricultural economic growth increased,which was mainly driven by the advancement of agricultural technologies.However,the agricultural technical efficiency was relatively inefficient.Secondly,there is an imbalance in the growth and development of environment-friendly agricultural productivity between regions.These areas include a "High-speed area","Rapid-speed area","medium-speed area" and a "slow-speed area" with Beijing,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang representing respectively.Third,as seen from the time trend,China's environmentally-friendly agricultural productivity has been fluctuating yet steadily rising since 2000.It is clear that changing trends and increasing productivity internal was reflected in change to agricultural research which provided the empirical basis for the next path design.(5)The route choice of environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation to promote agricultural economic growth needs the government to lead in order for the model to be promoted.First,setting up a government-led model to provide for an institutional environment would allow for an optimal innovation environment and innovation platform for the environmentally-friendly agricultural technology innovation.Secondly,promoting technology transformation and application throughout the country and rural areas in order to shortening the lag time would spread the knowledge and technology needed to put the reform into effect quicker.This would help solve the imbalance between supply and demand within agricultural technology diffusion and strengthen the construction of a diversified technology extensive system.Finally,improving agricultural total factor productivity(TFP)is suggested in order to achieve the optimal pattern.This promotes agricultural technology innovation activities appropriately and strengthens agricultural technical efficiency simultaneously in order to achieve a healthy and stable growth of the agricultural economy.
