Natural gas,a clean and efficient energy,has not only good market prospects,and good social and economic benefits.With the rapid development of the economy,the social culture of the new era has paid attention to optimized the energy structure,reduced the environmental pollution,and improved technological production,which has led to a rapid increase in the reserves,production and consumption of natural gas in China,and the continuous expansion of production capacity by natural gas producers.Construction and investment scale to meet growing market demand.However,the “scissors difference” between natural gas consumption and production has led to an increase in the dependence of China's natural gas on foreign,and the pressure on production of domestic petrochemical enterprises has increased.Natural gas prices have been lowered to stimulate clean energy use,but this has also led to a shrinking profit margin for petrochemical companies.As the profit margin of the oil and gas field industry gradually shrinks,managers begin to pay attention to the “third profit source” of the enterprise – the economic benefits of enterprise logistics and logistics activities.the Daniudi gas field,which located in the Yulin area at the junction of Shaanxi and Mongolia,the Sino-Petrochemical North China Branch,one of the four gas fields in China,and the important natural gas producing areas in China.The logistics of Daniudi gas field mainly include: storage and transportation of natural gas,recovery and purification of sewage,storage and transportation of methanol and condensate.Among them,the location problem of Daniudi gas field sewage recovery,methanol distribution and sewage treatment station is the main factor affecting the logistics cost of Daniudi gas field.Daniudi gas field needs to invest a lot of material resources,financial resources and related technical equipment in the exploration,development and production of natural gas.In particular,the logistics and transportation part of related materials supply and recycling and the economic benefits of transportation planning are worthy of consideration.The early logistics planning did not fully consider the expansion of the production scale of the gas field in the later period,which led to the continuous increase of logistics costs in recent years.The overall operation efficiency of the logistics system of the Daniudi gas field was low.Therefore,reforming the irrational and unscientific mode of operation of the existing logistics system has become the key,especially the logistics transportation route planning and economic evaluation has become the key to the logistics management of Daniudi gas field.In view of this,the specific research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the mathematical model of establishing the path of wastewater reclamation vehicle in Daniudi gas field,combined with the extended application of artificial bee colony algorithm in discrete combinatorial optimization problem,the Daniudi gas field was successfully solved the problem of vehicle routing with capacity constraints and the effectiveness of the algorithm.(2)Based on the low loading rate of sewage reclamation vehicles in Daniudi gas field,this paper establishes the path problem of sewage transport vehicles in Daniudi gas field with demand detachability,and improves the solution of vehicle path with capacity constraints.The Problematic Vehicle Routing Problem(CVRP),using the Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm(IABC),further solved the problem of the derivative vehicle path in the Daniudi gas field.(3)Through the combination of location problem and vehicle routing problem,the vehicle routing problem with capacity constraint is extended,that is,the Location-Routing Problem(LRP)is solved for solving the distribution of the gas gathering stations in charge of the various purification plants in the Daniudi gas field and the arrangement of the vehicle paths between the purification plants and the gas gathering stations they serve.The hybrid artificial bee colony clustering algorithm integrated with K-means clustering algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm is used to deepen the extended vehicle path of Daniudi gas field,and proposed a feasible site selection-path selection scheme.(4)In order to further deepen the rationality and scientific understanding of the logistics decision of Daniudi gas field,this paper evaluates the economic benefit of each logistics distribution system,and combines the data envelopment analysis(DEA).The large-scale technical evaluation of the optimization and construction project of the logistics system of Daniudi gas field is carried out,and the economic rationality between input and output is measured to obtain a comprehensive economic benefit evaluation result.In summary,this paper firstly designs a discrete artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the vehicle routing problem with capacity constraints.Then,the discrete artificial bee colony algorithm is improved to solve the problem of vehicle path with demand separation.Combining the improved artificial bee colony algorithm and the K-means clustering algorithm to solve the location-path problem,which effectively reduces the number of service paths in the logistics distribution system of Daniudi gas field,improves vehicle loading rate and saves transportation cost.The test simulation results show the effectiveness and practicability of the platform.Then the DEA method is adopted.Evaluate the economic benefits of transportation vehicle route optimization,and adjust the indicators of the decision-making unit that is ineffective in the logistics distribution system to achieve economies of scale and achieve optimal input and output.The heuristic algorithm is used to solve the problems in the logistics distribution system,which effectively improves the vehicle loading rate and decision-making efficiency of Daniudi gas field.Finally,the multi-attribute decision-making method is used to evaluate the economic benefit of the optimized logistics system to ensure the scientific decision-making.
