Study On The Sustainability Evaluation Model Of E-commerce Furniture Product Service System Design

With the increasing influence of electronic commerce,in order to broad the marketing channels and improve economic benefits,which also induces part of the furniture industry to come to the e-commerce platform.But in reality,quite a few e-commerce furniture enterprises which are transformed from traditional furniture industry,simply put the traditional furniture at the e-commerce platform for sale instead of contemplating how to improve the products and services from the perspective of characteristics of e-commerce.And this practice not only brings no good economic benefit but also causes some environmental and social problems,resulting in failure of the entire system.This phenomenon shows that the above furniture enterprises ' insufficient knowledge of their own products and the development of service.The introduction of the concept of the product service system puts an emphasis on solving the economic,social and environmental dimensions problems by integration solutions of product plus service.Whereas,there are some misunderstandings about the existing utilization of product service system.Although what has been stressed is the system solution,the solution provide by the available case study tends to be of the attribute of "service".But the problems cannot be solved properly only by the service solution,the Solution should take consideration to two attributes of "products" and "services".Focusing on the problems above,the core value of this paper lies in the formation of sustainability assessment model in order to help acquaint e-commerce furniture enterprises with the design deficiency of their product service system,and to help them achieve well-focused improvement on design of their products or services so that they can enhance the sustainable development of related products and services system.At this point,this study has been clear about the two basic views: first,the system should be divided into product design evaluation system and service system design evaluation,this can convenient electricity enterprises targeted found the problem,and to formulate concrete improvement measures;Second,the system should evaluate the economic,social,environmental,three dimensions,according to professor Mohan·Munasinghe' "Triangle Theory of Sustainable Development",sustainable development consideration shall be given to the development of economic,social and environment from three aspects,therefore,the development of these three aspects is the measure of the sustainable development of the overall situation,so the sustainability evaluation of electrical business system design should also is through the development of these three aspects to judge.The main research contents include the following three points: First,the composition of the sustainability assessment model of product and service system design of e-commerce furniture.This section is the fundamental part of evaluation model,defining the four elements,such as the evaluation object,evaluation framework,evaluation indicator and evaluation calculation.Second,the instrumentalization of the sustainability assessment model of product and service system design of e-commerce furniture realizes the usefulness and maneuverability of the evaluation model.Third,the case of the sustainability assessment model of product and service system design of e-commerce furniture.Through data collection,the author calculates the preliminary average of sustainable development of the system design of e-commerce furniture products and services to provide reference for specific case analysis.At the mean time,in this research,the author evaluates the sustainable development status of M31 armchair by utilizing the evaluation tools in order to verify the plausibility,usefulness and accuracy of the sustainability evaluation model.
