Risk Identification And Prevention Of Supply Chain Service Enterprise Management Business

Since 2016,the development of the supply chain management service industry has been constantly welcoming policy dividends,and the industry development has entered a new era.However,with the decline of economic growth,it also exposed some problems and risks that are not conducive to the development of supply chain management business.The problem of this paper is to identify and analyze the risk of RMT supply chain management service enterprises,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures.In this paper,the management efficiency of RMT supply chain is analyzed by comparing with other large supply chain management service enterprises.Then using SCOR model to decompose,the company's supply chain management services from planning,procurement process,production and sales processes,distribution process and the external environment Angle,on the basis of reliability,responsiveness,agility,cost management and asset management efficiency of different process factors to judgment,risk identification model is established.Further combining with the main business characteristics and sales data of RMT,the risk factors that may cause the supply chain management to fail to reach the expected target in different processes are analyzed in detail,and the identified risks are evaluated by using the comprehensive index of supply chain risk level.Finally,from the perspective of risk sharing and risk dispersion,this paper studies the overall optimization and improvement of RMT's supply chain management service business,so as to improve the level of supply chain management and prevent supply chain risks.Through theoretical analysis and case analysis,this paper concludes that the main risks of RMT's supply chain management service business are improper strategic planning,cultural differences between upstream and downstream enterprises,fluctuation of coal purchase price,dependence on large suppliers,improper customer management,improper logistics outsourcing cost control.And from the company's internal and external development,upgrade supplier management,optimize the internal audit supervision,reasonable inter-bank diversification risk.On the one hand,the supply chain management service integrates "logistics,business flow,capital flow and information flow",which has complex business and high risk research value.On the other hand,supply chain management services in the coal in the fast-moving consumer goods industry has a great application space,and RMT tong company for coal supply chain management services to leading enterprises,the risk analysis of its business has strong representative,to seek further improvement and optimization of space,help coal enterprises to improve management of similar business.
