While building energy consumption occupies the first place of the global energy consumption,the application research of architectural thermal insulation technology is of great significance to the improving of building energy saving and relief of energy pressure.Due to its favorable property of thermal insulation and fire prevention,glazed hollow bead thermal insulation mortar was widely used in the area of architecture thermal insulation.By research on the material properties,production and processing,construction technology,and application criterion of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation mortar,and research on the performance analysis of a kind of holistic thermal insulation technology,the theory support,technique reference and normative guidance have been supplied in this thesis for the application and popularization of this kind of new inorganic material.The main achievements are as followed:(1)The thermal insulation mechanism of the material has been analyzed,thermal insulation model has been found,and the viewpoint of using foaming technology to improve insulation performance has been presented.Based on the research of basic properties of thermal insulation mortar,the new foaming technology has been researched and the optimized ratio between foam and basic material has been found by orthogonal test.With spraying technology,the thermal conductivity of the material was decreased below 0.05 W/(m·K)in the experiment,which is a breakthrough in the transformation from experimental result to realistic construction application.(2)Based on the analysis of existing slurry transmission equipment,spraying equipment with two transmission devices,screw pump and piston pump has been raised.Two categorized spraying equipments which can be used in both indoor and outdoor has been designed reasonably by the integration of transmission equipment and stirring apparatus together.Then the operation instruction and construction technique of the new spraying equipment has been concluded through its contrastive analysis with traditional construction technology.Its technical advancement is more obvious by above contrast.(3)By analyzing the quality factors in the process of producing thermal mortar,the manufacturing technique of glazed hollow bead and thermal mortar has been researched.And a kind of energy-saving glazed hollow bead inflation expansion furnace has been designed and the glazed hollow beads which is produced by this furnace have excellent properties such as lower expanded perlite bibulous rate and higher cylinder compressive strength.Based on analysis of the physical properties of thermal mortar,and investigation of existing powder material mixing equipment,a reasonable production process has been raised and the full-automatic thermal mortar production line has been designed.And by the investigation and research of the productive process of thermal mortar,measures for quality control and produce testing have been presented.(4)Based on the research of the production of thermal mortar and material performance,and analysis of thermal bridge in design of thermal insulation material,some key points about quality control and acceptance check have been proposed both in mechanized and artificial spraying thermal mortar.(5)The thermal insulation properties of integrated thermal insulation building with glazed hollow bead thermal mortar have been researched.By theoretical calculation,the heat consumption of integrated thermal insulation building is 50%?72%of that of common external thermal insulation building.And by measured data,the above comparison value is 71%?90%under the same condition.Based on the simulation analysis,the thermal gradient of insulation layer and structural layer can be reduced efficiently in integral thermal insulation building.The temperature of inner side of external wall and ground surface can be enhanced efficiently.The thermal insulation performance can be improved and indoor thermal environment can be kept more stabilized in this building.
