At present,railway construction is in a vigorous development period in China.However,it not only consumes plenty of resources and energy,but also produces lots of pollutants during the construction and the operation,which will bring serious negative impact on the ecological environment of the area.Therefore,the concept of green railway is proposed.While,the construction is a critical stage with the most resource consumption and the most contaminants production.At the same time,Northwest China is a cold and arid region with the fragile ecological environment which characterized by serious water loss and soil erosion.Thus,it is more urgently to implement green construction.However,the research achievements in railway engineering construction recently are mainly focused on the conservation of water and soil and the partial influencing factors of environmental protection or environmental impact assessment..It is very important to build a railway green construction grade evaluation system according to the regional characteristics of northwest cold and arid areas,which also has positive significance in both theoretical and practical to standardize railway green construction in the areas.Take the Green Construction of Railway in Cold Winter in Northwest China as a Background,and for the characteristics such as resource consumption and serious pollution in the process of railway construction,especially with the characteristics of barren soil,severe soil erosion and fragile ecological environment in the cold and dry regions of Northwest China,The evaluation index system of railway green construction grade in northwest cold dry area is constructed.Solve the key problems such as quantitative calculation method and grading standard of evaluation index and weight evaluation method.Apply gray clustering evaluation method and radar chart analysis to construct evaluation model of railway green construction grade in Northwest Cold and Dry Area.The model was validated in the actual construction of Lan-Xin high-speed railway.Firstly,based on the analysis of the railway green construction connotation,the research scope is defined clearly for railway green construction.And the influence on the implementation of the railway green construction are analyzed responding to the northwest area conditions.The major problems affecting the green construction in the areas are studied,such as temporary construction of railway,construction of sub-grade,construction of bridge,construction of tunnel and so on.And the main measures are put forward to implement the railway green construction in the areas.The railway green construction grade evaluation index system is constructed for the areas combining with sustainable development theory,circular economy theory and cleaner production theory and other related theories.There are 5 primary evaluation indexes and 21 secondary evaluation indexes in the system.The primary evaluation indexes include land conservation,energy comprehensive utilization,water resources utilization,materials comprehensive utilization and environmental protection.The quantitative calculation formula is obtained through the research of each evaluation index measurement methods.he criteria for dividing the green construction grade of the northwest hilly area and the standard limit range of the classification of each evaluation index are determined after the deep analysis of the existing domestic and international evaluation standards,industry standards and enterprise standards.Through the comparison and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation methods,combined with the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method.The membership function of the secondary evaluation index of the railway green construction grade in the areas is determined by the gray clustering evaluation method.The gray clustering evaluation method is optimized by radar chart method.The advantages and disadvantages analysis is performed on the green construction grade and the evaluation index of the railway in the areas.Take Lan-Xin high-speed railway construction project as an example,the application of the evaluation model established in this paper is applied to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model constructed in this paper.
