Since the reform and opening up,China's railway industry has undergone historic changes,many of which are in the forefront of the world.While serving the people's livelihood at home,China's railway also makes unremitting efforts for the common development of all mankind.However,while the rapid development of railway brings convenience,the environmental resource problems can not be ignored.With the world's environmental problems,resource shortage,climate change,energy shortage and other issues becoming increasingly prominent,green sustainable development has become a strategic issue of international focus,and green railway came into being.Therefore,in order to build a resource-saving and eco-friendly society,promote the sustainable development of society,politics,economy and culture,encourage the implementation of green railway development,and build a powerful transportation country,it is of great practical significance.Therefore,this paper makes the following research:First of all,according to the description of energy conservation and environmental protection in the 13 th five year plan and the development of the concept of "green" in the engineering field,combined with the unique resources and environment in Northwest China,the concept of green construction is introduced into the construction process of earthwork allocation of Railway Subgrade in Northwest China,the construction process of earthwork allocation is analyzed,and the targeted green degree evaluation index is selected,which is closely linked Based on the characteristics of resources and environment in Northwest China,this paper introduces the principle of wooden barrel,and constructs a set of evaluation index system suitable for the green construction of Railway Subgrade Earthwork Allocation in Northwest China.It is found that the evaluation index system of green construction of Railway Subgrade Earthwork Allocation in Northwest China should start from pressure type and pressure type,including 24 secondary indexes.Secondly,according to the current national norms,standards,expert experience standard values and the standard values in high-level papers,the evaluation indexes are classified and quantified,and the green degree of the Railway Subgrade Earthwork Allocation construction in Northwest China is divided into dark green(stability degree),green(ideal degree)and non green(instability degree).G1 entropy weight least square comprehensive weight method is used to determine the index weight,the state space model is introduced to quantitatively describe and measure the comprehensive state of the system,and the state point in the state space model is used to determine the green degree of earthwork allocation construction of Railway Subgrade in Northwest China.Finally,five construction sections of Lanzhou Chongqing railway in Gansu Province are taken as an example to study,and the state space model is used to evaluate the actual data.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the scientificity and operability of the model.Conclusion and prospect put forward the contents that need to be improved.
