High-end equipment manufacturing industry(HEEMI)stays at core link in the value chain and industrial chain of the equipment manufacturing,and reflects the level of national science and technology and comprehensive strength.Meanwhile,HEEMI as strategic industry is closely related to the development of national economy and industrial revitalization.Since the reform and opening up in China,HEEMI has achieved fruitful results through strong development.The successful launch of the Shenzhou-11 spacecraft,the successful flight of a large passenger plane i.e.s C919,and the successful running of "Fuxing" high-speed train,mean the increasing level of HEEMI in China.Although the development of HEEMI provides the chance to help our country to possess strong ablitiy in manufacturing industry,there are still big gap between the manufacturing level in our conuntry and the advanced manufacturing level all over the world.In particular,the level of managing suppliers is obviously lower in our country.Due to the complexity of HEEMI,the traditional decision making methods are not appropriately applied to solve the problem of supplier management in HEEMI.It is necessary to develope new decision making methods to deal with the problems of supplier selection,supplier performance evaluation,and sustainable supplier selection in HEEMI.For this reason,based on the evidential reasoning approach,this dissertation focuses on how to handle the problems of selecting suppliers,evaluating the performance of suppliers and selecting sustainbale suppliers.This dissertation will enrich the method system of supplier management and build a foundation for practical supplier management in HEEMI.Therefore,this dissertation has important theoretical signigicance and practical value.The basic concepts of the supplier management in HEEMI are introduced and its characteristics are analyzed.Based on these characteristics,this dissertation develops a method for supplier selection in HEEMI with the consideration of high reliability and constructes an expert reliability based group consensus mechanism to provide decision support for supplier selection in HEEMI.Then,supplier performance evaluation in HEEMI is performed and the dynamic nature of supplier performance in multiple stages is analyzed to solve the problem of scientifically evaluate the performance of the suppliers in HEEMI.Based on the supplier performance evaluation,a model of determining attribtue weights with triple bottom line is contructed to provide decision support for the development of the suppliers and the enterprise.The proposed mehtods are applied to supplier selection of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterpriese to varify their effectiveness and applicability.The main contributions and innovations are demonstrated as follows.(1)With the consideration of the high safety in HEEMI,an dynamic expert reliability based group consensus mechanism is constructed to cope with the supplier selection in HEEMI.Distributed preference relation is used to help experts portray preferred,non-preferred,indifferent and uncertainty towards a supplier over another.to copy with the different requirements about group consensus,group consensus measures of distributed preference relations are constructed at three levels which are attribute,alternative and global levels.By considering the dissimilarity measure between assessments of two suppliers,expert reliabitly is defined in the iterative and dynamic decision making context.Based on the expert reliability,identification rule and suggestion rule are constructed to make group consensus concerge in order to select the suppliers who satisfy the predefined requirement of group consensus in HEEMI.(2)With the consideration of the dynamic nature in HEEMI,a multi-stage dynamic decision method is developed to evaluate the supplier performance in HEEMI.After the characteristics of the supplier performance evaluation(SPE)in HEEMI are analyzed,a criteria framework of SPE is constructed.Belief distribution is applied to describe quantitative data and qualitative information.Using rule based information transoformation technique,quantitative data and qualitative information are transformed into an unified style.In order to satisfy the preference of the decision maker,the stage weights are objectively determined on the basis of two assumptions.Using the evidential reasoning algorithm,assessments of supplier are combined with dynamic stage weights to generate the solution to the SPE problem.(3)With the consideration of sustainable development in HEEMI,the problem of sustainable supplier selection(SSS)in HEEMI with unknown attribute weights is solved.Based on triple bottom line,a criteria framework of SSS is constructed.Belief distributions are introduced to model the problem of SSS in HEEMI.Due to the limited knowledge,experience and cognitive capability of the experts,it is diffucult for the experts to sujectively provide the attribute weights.In order to deal with this problem,dissimilarity between belief distributions are applied to construct two optimization models.Then,the attribute weights can be determined objectively using the two models.Finally,the evidential reasoning algorithm is used to aggregated assessments of suppliers to generat the expected utilities of each supplier and thus to obtain the solution to the problem of SSS in HEEMI.With the development of the new generation of information technology such as Internet,Big data and Internet of Things,it is possible to generate big data in the whole life cycle process of HEEMI.In this situation,the concept of smart equipment and smart factory is clearer and clearer.How to use these big data to improve the level of supplier management and promote the quality and efficiency in the development process of HEEMI have become a new challenge and the main future work.
