Research On Sustainable Supplier Selection Based On Consensus Decision

In recent years,increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems and social responsibility issues have emerged in the supply chain network,and sustainable supply chain management has attracted great attention from the government and enterprises.By implementing a sustainable supply chain management strategy,enterprises can systematically coordinate the performance levels of core enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises in the three dimensions of economy,environment and society.The selection of sustainable suppliers is the key for core enterprises to build good supply chain partnerships and improve their core competitiveness,and it is also the premise for enterprises to promote sustainable supply chain management strategies.The evaluation indicators of sustainable suppliers are many and complex,and the selection process is essentially a multi-attribute group decision-making problem.At present,there are still some difficult problems that need to be explored and solved.Therefore,based on the sustainable development theory,sustainable supplier selection theory,and consensus decision theory,this paper builds a sustainable supplier evaluation index analysis method,constructs a sustainable supplier selection model,and develops a sustainable supplier based on consensus decision theory Choose a question to study.In the context of the country’s in-depth promotion of sustainable development and the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" development strategy,this article takes the automobile manufacturing industry-related companies to select sustainable suppliers as an example to verify the scientific validity of the methods and models mentioned in the article.According to the actual background of enterprise development and the remaining difficult problems,this article considers the triple bottom line principle of sustainable supplier selection to build an evaluation index system.First,it guides the subsequent sustainable supply by constructing an evaluation index analysis model based on an explanatory structure model Selection process;then build a sustainable supplier selection model based on the consensus decision theory,propose a sustainable supplier selection step based on the consensus decision model,and then screen out the best sustainable suppliers that meet the performance needs of the core enterprise;Industry B companies carried out sustainable supplier selection as a case background to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the proposed method,and at the same time provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the enterprise to select sustainable suppliers.The study found that the ISM-based sustainable supplier evaluation index system analysis method can effectively guide core companies to carry out sustainable supplier performance evaluation and selection process;the sustainable supplier selection model based on consensus decision can help core companies screen out the whole the best performing sustainable supplier.The research results of this paper can further enrich and develop the theory of sustainable supplier selection.At the same time,in the actual process of enterprise operation,it can provide decision-making reference for core enterprises to carry out sustainable supply chain management and sustainable supplier selection.For the government,the research results of this paper can also provide a basis for relevant departments to formulate sustainable development policies for the market economy.
