Compared with the traditional construction method,Industrialized construction method has many advantages including improving production's quality,using resources more effectively,improving production's efficiency,shortening the construction period,reducing construction waste,reducing wet operation and improving health and safety performance,generating economies of scale and other advantages.The Industrialized construction way is one of the key construction methods that the government of China is focusing on in the construction industry.However,the construction process is also affected by the high complexity and uncertainty of the external environment,the long-term period of the project construction,the diversity of the project participants and so on.Which requires a high cooperation degree between the participants to coordinate the relationship among the parties,to increase flexibility,adaptability and knowledge exchange of the whole supply chain.There are have many problems in the early promotion phase of industrialization construction by the market investigation,which including the interface separates among the design,production and construction process,the advantages of industrialized production and construction failling to give full play,the higher cost of technology's research and development,poor circulation of information,weakness of supply chain cooperative theory research and so on.Therefore,The following content need to be included in this article,which including the dynamic mechanism of supply chain cooperation,industrialized building prefabricated parts supplier's partner selection method and influencing factors analysis of cooperation performance and implementation path of promoting cooperation.The convergence of interests among the parties in the industrial construction supply chain is the core driving force of the cooperation.The industry pulling,market driven,resource driven and system orientation are the specific driving forces for driving the supply chain enterprises to form a cooperative relationship.The general contractor is as the core enterprise in the supply chain,and the cooperation relationship with many other suppliers is dynamic.The cooperative innovation between general contractors and precast product suppliers can be researched from the spillover effect of cooperative innovation,income and cost allocation,risk cost,innovation subsidies and other areas to explain the evolutionary game mechanism.The results show that the in the beginning of cooperation the innovation subsidies will be produce greater spillover benefits share and exist the optimal coefficient of cooperative income distribution and the optimal allocation coefficient of reduced value of risk loss,which can make maximize the evolve probability of supply chain to the direction of cooperation.According to the nucleolus,Shapley value of the different solutions to the distribution of cooperative income,it can be deduced that different allocation methods and allocation concepts can bring different distribution results.Because of the difference of bargaining power,partners do not get the full average allocation in the joint surplus.According to the synergetics theory,it can be concluded that the industrialized construction supply chain itself has the characteristics of self-organization,and the supply chain cooperation can be self-organized evolution under the influence of order parameters.Different from the choice way of other major building materials suppliers such as steel bars and concrete,prefabricated parts & components suppliers need to fully understand the design requirements and design intent,to integrate closely the component requirements plan and can make a rapid market response in the production and supply process.The production capacity,technical research and development ability,quality control ability,the market response ability and coordination ability of the prefabricated parts & components suppliers directly affect the project's quality,schedule and cost,and will promote the smooth implementation of the project.The evaluating indexes for prefabricated parts suppliers' choice take into account both positive and negative factors which include 16 comprehensive evaluation indexes by the benefit,opportunity,cost and risk.In this paper,five evaluation methods of BOCR,TOPSIS method and modified M-TOPSIS method are selected to optimize the order of suppliers,which various methods of comparative application eliminates the disadvantages of single evaluation method,and sensitivity analysis determine the impact on evaluation results of the weight of evaluation index and the influence of evaluation method.The practicability of the method is verified by case.In order to carry out the analysis of influence factors of supply chain cooperation performance,the paper firstly chose 24 specific factors from six aspects including financial performance,business performance,cooperation ability,information processing ability,cooperation ability,cooperation and development integration ability.In order to determine the influence of various factors on the cooperation performance and the degree of mutual influence among various factors,the paper establishes influencing factors evaluation model for the cooperation performance based on cloud model-DEMATEL method.Through the expert scoring and model analysis,it can determine the cause factors influencing the cooperation performance,which are the acquired information timeliness and authenticity,the depth and breadth of information technology' use,the degree of information sharing and so on.It can also determine the most important centrality factors,which are the degree of process integration of supply chain,the continuity of cooperation relationship,the rationality of cooperation incentive,the trust relationship in cooperation,the relationship commitment in cooperation and so on.The results show that the application of information technology,information sharing,cooperation process integration and cooperation relationship should be paid attention to in the promotion of supply chain cooperation.In order to find the implementation path for the industrialization of construction supply chain cooperation,Informatization path and relational governance path by the "hard"-technology level and and "soft"-the relationship level are be analyzed completely,and it establishes the construction supply chain cooperation integrated information sharing platform based on BIM and discusses the motivation,security and constraint mechanism of supply chain cooperation in information sharing.Based on the relationship cooperation norms,inter organizational trust and relationship commitment,the framework of relational governance model of industrial construction supply chain cooperation is established.The two path provides a theoretical reference for the smooth implementation of supply chain cooperation.
