With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of residents’ economic level, the number of urban vehicles has also increased rapidly, and traffic congestion has become a typical urban criticism.Rail transit has become an effective way to solve the problems of urban road traffic congestion and delay with its advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, comfort, safety, and reliability. The urban rail transit structure and line network layout not only play the transportation function of transporting urban passenger flow, but also have the role of guiding the development of the city and driving the development of the station area. However, due to the low coverage of urban rail transit network and low accessibility, the importance of connection transportation is particularly prominent. The degree of connection between various connection methods and rail transit is an important factor affecting connection efficiency. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the choice of urban rail transit connection mode.Walking, bicycles, and conventional public transport,as the three most common rail connection methods, can better meet the travel needs of residents and solve the problem of residents’ travel "last mile".This article first analyzes the factors affecting rail connection based on the characteristics of urban rail transit and the current connection environment, combined with survey statistical data.In order to better study the differences in connection selection behaviors of different stations, this paper classifies rail stations based on the rail transit network and the distribution of passenger flow at stations. The 63 stations are divided into five categories based on 108 indicators such as the hourly average inbound and outbound passenger flow on weekdays, and the hourly inbound and outbound passenger flow on Saturdays and Sundays. On this basis, the connection characteristics of different types of stations are compared and analyzed. Then, from the characteristics of rail transit travelers, travel characteristics, and the environmental characteristics of the connection system, the relevant variables are analyzed, and the departure time is the upper selection branch, and the walking, shared bicycle, and conventional bus connection methods are used as the lower selection.Branch’s NL model, and analyze the accuracy and results of the model. The results show that the NL model constructed this time is superior to the MNL model in predicting the choice of orbital connection methods. At the same time, significant factors affecting the selection of various connection methods are obtained, and sensitivity analysis of some factors is carried out. Finally, the article proposes an evaluation method based on the NP model for the degree of integration of rail station transportation systems and land functions, and comprehensively evaluates and details the degree of integration of 5 typical stations based on the service level and land function structure of the connection transportation system around the rail station. The analysis results show that Dayan Pagoda Station,Fengcheng 5th Road Station and Xiaozhai Station are in the "balanced" area,Chanba Central Station is in the "subordinate" area, and North Passenger Station is in the "unbalanced node" area. Finally, optimization suggestions are put forward for different types of stations.
