Research On Supply Chain Integration Of Cross-border M&a Of Auto Parts Enterprises

The integration of supply chain plays an important role in the integration of enterprises after merger and acquisition(M&A).Only successful integration of supply chain can make the merger and acquisition achieve the expected effect and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In recent decades,the global auto industry has developed rapidly.As supporting auto industry,the auto parts industry is also developing rapidly.The cross-border M&A in the auto parts industry is also becoming increasingly fierce.Many auto parts companies carry out cross-border M&A for global market share,global layout and other reasons.The supply chain of auto parts industry has some particularity because it is attached to the auto industry,such as high requirements for delivery,attention to the reliability of safety parts and so on.How to integrate the cross-border supply chain of auto parts industry more efficiently and reduce the total operating cost is the key factor to determine the success or failure of the overall cross-border M&A.Aiming at the integration of raw material suppliers,logistics,products,sales channels and customers in the supply chain of auto parts industry,the main content is to reduce the total operating cost and improve customer satisfaction.In this paper,through literature research,case analysis and investigation,taking the M&A of multinational enterprises as the background,taking the internal supply chain integration as the research object,the evaluation model is established to evaluate and analyze the situation of its supply chain integration.The specific contents are as follows: firstly,through the literature research method,the concept of supply chain integration and scale economy theory,market power theory,transaction cost theory,synergy theory and other related theories are studied in depth,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study;secondly,through the investigation research method,the supply chain integration of cross-border M&A of auto parts enterprises is studied indepth This paper analyzes and explains the development situation and the basic problems in the process of cross-border M&A of auto parts enterprises,and finds that the following problems appear in the process of integration of supply chain of cross-border M&A of auto parts enterprises: serious unreasonable allocation of resources,incongruous integration of strategic development,lack of strong integration execution of supply chain,and supply chain Then,from the perspective of basic operation,information,strategy and supply chain structure of supply chain,the paper analyzes the main factors that may affect the integration efficiency of cross-border M&A of auto parts enterprises,and establishes the cross-border M&A of auto parts enterprises Finally,the paper uses case analysis method to analyze the integration of CT company's cross-border M&A supply chain.Through the evaluation and analysis,we can see that CT company's supply chain integration has achieved a series of results,but there is still a large room for improvement,and the next step needs to be targeted to improve.On this basis,from the four aspects of basic operation,information,strategy and supply chain structure integration of supply chain,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of supply chain integration of CT company.This paper fully refers to the research results of supply chain integration at home and abroad,makes an in-depth analysis of the integration of cross-border M&A supply chain of auto parts enterprises,analyzes the main problems in the integration process,establishes the evaluation model of cross-border M&A supply chain integration of auto parts enterprises,and empirically analyzes the effect of CT company's supply chain integration.The research results are helpful to improve CT company's performance The performance of supply chain integration can promote the development of M&A in China.
