Research On Supply Chain Coordination Based On Port Supply Chain Finance

Under the background of the construction of the port industrial ecosystem,the port supply chain with the port leading and multi-participation is the necessary support of the port ecosystem.The port supply chain can effectively integrate resources,promote the innovation of the port business and facilitate the development of the industry.However,in the actual production and operation process,the development of the upstream and downstream small and medium-sized enterprises in the port supply chain is often restricted due to financing difficulties,thus affecting the overall coordination of the port supply chain.Supply chain finance as a set of financing and supply chain management in one of the solutions,can effectively solve the above problems.With the deep integration of industrial development and financial innovation,the application of supply chain finance in port supply chain is becoming more and more perfect.In this process,it is of great significance to discuss the coordination relationship between port supply chain when financing exists.Therefore,starting from the reality,this paper mainly studies the supply chain coordination under the port supply chain finance,and provides guidance for the operation of the port supply chain by discussing the cooperation between internal and external enterprises in the port supply chain when financing exists,which is mainly divided into the following aspects.This thesis studies the formation and innovation mode of port supply chain finance by combing the literature and combining the actual port production and operation.This paper argues that port operators have strong ability of resource integration and credit level,can through the construction of port supply chain information platform to many classes of service integration in the process of industry chain operation,thus forming the port supply chain financing alliance,through to the logistics,business flow,information flow and cash flow of the reasonable control,promoting healthy development of the port supply chain finance.On this basis,the income model and risk source of port supply chain finance are analyzed,so as to clarify the focus of the research.This thesis studies the coordination relationship of port supply chain under financing demand.A port supply chain composed of suppliers,port supply chain financing alliance and distributors is constructed to discuss the coordination problem of supply chain when there is financing demand.The Stackelberg game models of centralized and decentralized decision-making modes were constructed respectively,and the optimal strategies under different decision-making modes were solved by backward induction method.The results show that the optimal rational strategy of centralized decision-making mode is better than decentralized decision-making mode.Therefore,in order to improve the benefits of each participant and the whole supply chain under decentralized decision-making,a revenue sharing contract is introduced to achieve the coordination of port supply chain,and an example is introduced to verify and analyze the effectiveness of the contract.This thesis studies the distribution method of the income of the port supply chain financing alliance among the participating members.The traditional Shapley value method was optimized by comprehensively considering the four influencing factors of resource investment,risk taking,information sharing level and customer attraction,and the modified cloud center of gravity method of TOPSIS method was used to determine the revised value of income distribution,so as to make up for the shortcomings of Shapley value method.The example analysis shows that the improved Shapley value method is more fair and reasonable in the process of income distribution of port supply chain financing alliance,which can better stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to cooperate,and is conducive to the stable development of the alliance.
