| As China’s infrastructure construction increases year by year,if building enterprises want to enhance their core competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment,they must accelerate the transition from labor-type to intensive.However,engineering project management is a complex system engineering involving many management links.At present,labor-based management methods are difficult to adapt to advanced construction management requirements,and information technology should be fully utilized to improve enterprise management and decision-making capabilities.Most of the existing management information systems complete simple daily work for certain types of work,lack the basis for decision-making,and lack system compatibility and scalability.The systems cannot be effectively connected.The establishment of the cost information management system aims to solve the problems of small scope,difficult data sharing and weak coordination.It can reduce the investment of personnel and time for construction enterprises and greatly improve labor efficiency.Based on the actual needs of an oilfield company,this paper analyzes and studies the various stages of engineering project management from the perspective of the life cycle of the building.Based on the MVC technology development cost management system,this paper focuses on algorithm optimization,program optimization,and BIM technology introduction.The main research contents and achievements are reflected in the following aspects:1.In order to analyze and solve the problem of decision-making in the system,a dominance decision-making method for solving the mixed measure decision problem is proposed.A set of advantage-related definitions is given to improve the dominance method,complementarity and consistency.authenticating.The characteristics of the sorting vector,the dominant vector and the comparison vector of the improved method are studied.The analysis shows that the improved method has small calculation,high precision and good versatility.It proves its effectiveness by example and realizes the cost management information.Algorithm optimization of the system.2.Starting from the coordination between the actual construction project cost management and the seismic performance of the engineering structure,the reinforced concrete frame structure with no added control measures under the same cost and the reinforced concrete frame structure with increased buckling support measures and isolation bearings respectively Based on the comparison of seismic and shock absorbing performance,the seismic fragility and collapse safety reserve coefficients of three reinforced concrete frame structures are analyzed.The relationship between the anti collapse design parameters and the collapse safety reserve coefficient is studied,and the most cost control is proposed.The design method of the reinforced concrete frame structure with collapse resistance is completed,and the design scheme optimization of the cost management information system is completed.3.Based on the MVC framework,through the feasibility and use requirements analysis of the system,UML technology modeling design is used to divide the project cost information module,template module,bid quotation module,cost estimation module,project management module,system maintenance module and so on.functional module.The B/S three-tier architecture mode is applied to system design and database establishment,and the corresponding system modules are designed in detail to realize the establishment of cost management information system.4.Using BIM technology to simulate the actual construction site to comprehensively analyze the construction process,focusing on the analysis of the extrusion and collision during construction and the material layout and potential hazard of the construction site from the perspective of construction site management,and proposed the discovery by finite element analysis technology.The stress damage during construction laid the foundation for the expansion of the cost management information system. |
