Research On The Conservation And Renewal Methods Of Traditional Towns And Villages Based On Resources Endowment And Vitality Promotion

The conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages is an important part of China’s new urbanization.Under the background of the “rural revitalization strategy”,more and more attention has been paid to it.However,the conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages are still facing three problems: resource understanding,function activation and space organization.Based on the perspective of resource endowment and vitality promotion,“resource understanding method,function activation method and space organization method” has been formulated to solve the problem,and constructs the conservation and renewal methods system of traditional towns and villages,and then implements five specific methods of “comprehensive resource understanding,in-depth resource evaluation,function activation promotion,rural spatial organization and internal spatial organization”.Firstly,the comprehensive resource understanding method of traditional towns and villages.In terms of the understanding and classification of resources,based on the principle of “all-round and no omission”,the resource understanding framework of traditional towns and villages is constructed from the four dimensions of “scale,time,form and carrier”,which enhances the breadth and systematicness of the comprehensive understanding of traditional towns and villages’ resources.In terms of the methods of exploiting available resources,the system of exploiting available resources,including resource screening,resource evaluation and value extraction,is constructed based on the principle of “accurately grasping key points”.The comprehensive and accurate method of the traditional towns and villages’ resources understanding has been formed.Secondly,the in-depth resource evaluation method of traditional towns and villages.Aiming at the characteristics of traditional towns and villages with complex current situation and diverse resources,and the inherent problems of traditional weighted evaluation mode such as poor pertinence,poor adaptability and inefficiency,the structure of weighted evaluation is fundamentally optimized,and a “multi-level evaluation system” is constructed.The one-time general evaluation is decomposed into multiple evaluations to enhance the evaluation of complex objects,which can improve the understanding depth and rationality of resources endowment of traditional towns and villages.Thirdly,the function activation and promotion method of traditional towns and villages.The function activation with single “resource value” as the core in the conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages has been breaked through,and a “dual-dimensional function activation framework” of traditional towns and villages has been put forward,which lays equal stress on both “resource value” and “human activities”.In terms of specific functions,drawing on the successful experience at home and abroad,“village-field functional cluster,series functional cluster,centralized functional cluster” has been summed up and provides a rich and comprehensive activation function library.Fourthly,the field space organization method of traditional towns and villages.Aiming at the field space series organization,through the systematic analysis of resources endowment,such as “terrain-based horizon evaluation,human activity-based horizon evaluation,landscape resources-based horizon evaluation” and “horizon comprehensive evaluation analysis”,the spatial elements such as “point,line and surface” which are conducive to resource display and vitality enhancement are extracted,such as “optimum horizon point,optimum horizon zone”,which can guide the rational layout and series organization of field space.Fifthly,the internal spatial organization method of traditional towns and villages.Closely linked to the problem of “space renewal”,an “embedded spatial renewal organization method” is constructed,which is a spatial organization method of system coupling of key systems and key areas embedded in the whole to achieve overall optimization effect.Compared with the traditional spatial organization method,it has the advantages of “strong goal,strong pertinence,strong systematicness,strong operability,strong guidance and clear expression”.Each specific conservation and renewal method is relatively independent and constitutes a completion system.On the one hand,in view of the specific problems in the conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages,each specific conservation and renewal method has adopted different technical means and constructed different types of technical methods.On the other hand,each specific conservation and renewal method is progressive layer by layer,the overall logic is clear,covering the key issues of the conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages,which has constituted a system of conservation and renewal method of traditional towns and villages.The results provide methodological support for the conservation and renewal of traditional towns and villages.
