People often suffer bad experiences and expect happy ones.The happy experience is a beautiful crystallization composed by the body perception and mind cognition of individual life.It can be created,transformed,communicated and explicitly or implicitly remembered in the physical and mental memory of the experiencer in the way of behavior and emotion.The emergence of the concept of Experience Design transforms the "human-centered" design concept into the "Experience-Centered" design thinking and methodology.Experience design uses a systematic strategy and method to optimize people's physical and mental experience.The purpose is to design a dynamic cooperative network with rationality as longitude and irrationality as latitude in the context of design,so as to connect people and the world,body and mind,thought and action,unity and diversity,certainty and uncertainty.In experience activities,people often take the aesthetic taste,positive emotion,social connection and value meaning above function and efficiency as driving forces,and perceive,cognitive and take action in the way of bounded rationality.Therefore,the nature of needs about bounded rationality in humanity makes happiness experience oriented design thinking and strategy become the focus of research.Happiness Experience Design involves the synthesis of the physiological reaction and psychological representation caused by experiencing the situation and experiencing media projected to the body and mind of the experiencer.People's beautiful demands for experiencing media and experiencing situations not only include the desire for sensory enjoyment in the ego level of personality,but also the need for function and efficiency in the ego level.At the same time,it also contains the pursuit of emotion,social relations and value meaning in the superego level.In essence,it is the desire to experience the happiness of perceived pleasure,autonomous participation,intimacy,achievement and meaning,which is the ultimate purpose of the experience.Happiness Experience-Oriented Design is the driving force for designers and brands(organizations)to transform and upgrade.Therefore,how to make experiencers achieve happiness experience has become the focus of experience design research.This provides rich inspirations for the development of experiential design thinking and methods: from instrumental rational thinking and methods that pursue function and efficiency to experiential thinking and methods that focus on happiness,story and value significance.Happiness experience-oriented design is a process of creating,transforming and expanding the dimensions of the experiencer's happiness experience by using the strategies and methods of system design.Focusing on human pure experience and its characteristics in the experience phenomenon,this paper explores the following questions: How to achieve the value balance between rationality and sensibility in experience design? How to deconstruct and reconstruct the happiness experience design mode from the perspective of bounded rationality,and open the happiness experience oriented design thinking and strategy? How can stimulate differentiated experiencers' positive emotions in the sequence of their active participation in experiential activities,for building a more intimate and friendly relationship,and obtaining more true,kind and beautiful life experience on the value level? How to construct an innovative design method of mediating,contextualizing and storytelling in happiness experience? How can experience design,based on the perspective of bounded rationality,trigger people to gain the experience journey to the empowered experience design of happiness?From Herbert Simon' theory of "Bounded rationality" and "Bounded rational economic man" hypothesis,fully considering the Bounded rationality behavior characteristics of experiencers,this paper systematically discusses the uncertainty in the experience case and the dynamic relationships between experiencer and the media.From the interdisciplinary perspective of philosophy,aesthetics,psychology,economics and design,it constructs the vision of happiness experience design from the perspective of bounded rationality,From the physical and mental dimensions of experiencers,this paper explores how to integrate “Happiness Experience-Oriented" design thinking,enabling strategies and new paradigms into products,Spaces,services,systems and brand images.Based on humanity in the aspect of philosophy and psychology trait of bounded rationality and the essence of pursuit for happiness,through the combination of theory and practice research,respectively from the rational and emotional,goal and path,user and group multiple angle of view,in the metaphysical theory analysis and physical experience design based on practice,through rational intuition and poetic intuition,explore and restore the essence of the Bounded rationality behavior person happy experience,put forward " Perception Awakening-Behavior Trigging-Emotions Activating-Relationship Building-Cognitive Shaping " five-step cycle happy experience design mode and the mode of "five modes-six channel" correlation model.It opens a happy experience mode of poetic dwelling and aestheticizing life,work and entertainment for experiencers,and provides designers and brands(organizations)with an operational reference for the design thinking of happy experience.Experiencers,designers and brands(organizations)can make targeted and comprehensive evaluation of the experience process and effect of specific themes according to the five-step cycle Happiness Experience Design model of "Perception Awakening-Behavior Trigging-Emotions Activating-Relationship Building-Cognitive Shaping " and the "five-mode-six-channel" correlation model.The infinite loop structure of Mobius ring can metaphorically refer to the relationship of “Perception Awakening-Behavior Trigging-Emotions Activating-Relationship Building-Cognitive Shaping ",which will be interrelated,transformed and fused with each other.When all the elements and links in the experience ecosystem are in a cooperative state,the experiencers will get a five-dimensional happiness experience on the physical and mental level: aesthetic perception experience,immersive behavior experience,positive emotional experience,harmonious relationship experience and meaningful cognitive experience.The Mobius ring structure is used to metaphor the relationship between the five-step cycle in happiness experience design,and its most significant meaning is to symbolize the overall collaborative thinking and systematic method operation in experience design.In the ever-changing space-time situation and diversified cultural context,experience design is faced with the challenges of coping with the uncertainties,contingencies and differentiated demands of different individuals and groups during the experience journey.Based on the principle of "satisfactory solution" in the "theory of bounded rationality" proposed by Herbert Simon,considering the heterogeneity of bounded rationality among different experiencers,this paper proposes an I-E-P-M user classification model based on "preference-motivation" when dealing with complex and uncertain experiencing situations.And from the dialectical perspective of unity and difference,subjectivity and intersubjectivity,this paper puts forward the " Empowering strategy of differentiated experience design",in order to meet the needs of happiness experience full of diversity,differentiation and novelty,so that the experiencers can obtain the "satisfactory solution" of experience corresponding to their motivation and preference.Based on the experiences of the whole journey and Omni-channel,focusing on the key experience touch points and experience channels,analyze the physical and mental experience state of the experiencer;Adhere to the principle of relevance and synergy of cross-channel experience to ensure the integrity and availability of happiness experience design empowerment.Happiness experience design is not only to design one experience moment after another,but also to facilitate the birth of personalized experience stories.Experiencers' subjective well-being can be realized and enhanced by narrative experience media and experience situation.This paper puts forward the "epoche-metaphor" happy experience innovation design method and "contextualization happy experience innovation design path",in the "intuitive" typicality experience phenomenon,reduction after the experience of the general nature and law,to borrow from metaphor design,from the perspective of the technology and art to experience nature is more diverse and open the possibility that in order to create the experience of contextualized medium,situation and ideal experience phenomenon,aims to enhance the experience immersive,thematic and experience of autonomy,to experience the happy experience of Empowerment at the same time,with the experience of life narrative form positive symbiotic relationship,At the same time of spreading the story of the brand(organization),it also shapes the meaningful life story of the experiencer.The implementation of happiness experience design needs to take into account the experiencer's experience motivation and experience ability.The experience motive is composed of aesthetic motive,functional motive,entertainment motive,social motive and meaning motive.Experience ability is composed of perception ability,action ability,empathy ability,coordination ability and cognitive ability.Meaningful and memorable experiences of happiness arise when the experiencer's motivation and ability match.Only when the experiencer's experience behavior is triggered can he,driven by specific experience motivation,take the experience situation as theater and experience media as props,actively participate in and perform personalized experience story,actively create happiness experience story,and gain the power of happiness experience design.Based on this,this paper proposes a new paradigm of experience design,"motivation + ability + empowerment".Brands(organizations)and designers can creatively trigger,motivate and enhance experience motivation by means of technology and art,so as to make up for,transform and improve experience ability.Make the experiencer successfully cross the happiness experience line,be in the happiness experience empowerment area,and realize the happiness experience empowerment.According to the needs of the experiencer at the level of id,ego and superego,there are three paths to a happy experience: one leads to an interesting goal,one leads to a useful goal,and one leads to a meaningful goal.Brand(organization)and the designer through the experience of psychological experience and the feature of target,using the new paradigm of "motivation + ability + empowerment",can focus on the "Perception Awakening-Behavior Trigging-Emotions Activating-Relationship Building-Cognitive Shaping " five links to innovative design,to increase the probability and intensity of "aesthetic experience" and "flow experience ".In this paper,the theory and method of experience design from the perspective of bounded rationality are analyzed on the practical level,and theoretical discussion is carried out on product design,public library design and interactive device design.The experience of author' practices in the product design,brand image design and artistic creation is more than ten years,which becomes the important basis of the research results;And the experiential design thinking,strategy and new paradigm of this research are applied to design innovation and design teaching,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the theory and method.To sum up,Experience Design based on the perspective of bounded rationality can go deep into the true state of experience design practice.Due to the "bounded rationality","diversity","difference" of experiencers and the "uncertainty","openness" and "dynamic" of experience situations,experience design thinking is not a fixed "experience blueprint",but a "variability model" to expand experience behavior.In the actual design process,experience design is a dynamic continuous process of problem solving in a specific space-time situation and cultural context,taking full account of the rational and irrational experience state of the experiencer.Designers and brands(organization)to provide experience for experience design planning should set aside a certain amount of open space,in the consideration of experiencer in a specific "Perception Awakening-Behavior Trigging-Emotions Activating-Relationship Building-Cognitive Shaping" situation,which enables experiencers to take dynamic and flexible actions according to their experience motivation and experience ability,creatively construct personalized happiness experience stories,and gain the ability to experience happiness in independent or symbiotic relationships.This paper subdivides the dimensions and relationships of experience design from the perspective of bounded rationality,and provides a new perspective,design method and thinking mode for the theoretical research of experience design.It is expected that this paper can provide beneficial enlightenment for experience design creation with happiness.
